The Fateful Encounter and Rescue of My Blue Cat

The Fateful Encounter and Rescue of My Blue Cat

My little blue cat and I got together purely by fate. I came to Tianjin last July and started working in August. I didn’t plan to raise a cat so early. However, a good friend of mine in Shijiazhuang went there last October. His girlfriend was also there, and they wanted to raise a cat. At first, they bought the little blue cat that I’m raising now. When my friend went to buy it, the little blue cat was quietly lying there. My friend thought it was very obedient and trouble – free, so he bought it. But after bringing it home, he found that it was a bit too obedient.

When kittens first arrive in a new environment, they are scared and will run to corners where you can’t find them. After they bought this little blue cat home, they went out for a meal. When they came back, they couldn’t find it no matter what. The bathroom window was open, and they thought the cat had run away by itself. They searched for a long time but couldn’t find it, so they thought it was lost. The next day, they bought a very affectionate and friendly little tabby cat home. Then in the evening, they realized that the little tabby cat wasn’t meowing, but they could hear a cat meowing. After searching around, they found the little blue cat that they thought was lost yesterday. My friend then posted about this on Weibo to complain. Since they only wanted to keep one cat, they thought about selling the little blue cat.

Just then I saw it. Since I also wanted to raise a cat, I said I would buy it. We knew each other well, and they felt at ease selling it to me. So we got together in this way. But due to my work, the cat had to stay at my friend’s place for a few days first.

The first time I went to Shijiazhuang to pick it up, both the little blue cat and the little tabby cat got cat plague, which was very serious. The white blood cells were almost undetectable. They had to be treated for three days to see. At that time, I thought that although cat plague was very serious, they would surely be okay. After three or four days, I asked my friend how they were. Sure enough, they both pulled through. I was very happy. Isn’t it true that those who survive a great disaster will have good fortune in the future?

Then I hired a car – hailing service to take it home. On the way, it pooped, and the smell stunk up the whole car. The driver asked me to get out and deal with it before we could continue the journey. After a lot of trouble, we finally arrived home.
