My little Xiaosi is a blue cat. The experience of having her is wonderful!
One day in December 2020, I read a lot of posts about cat – raising on Zhihu. I was so eager to have a cat… Then I started to look at Taobao and Xianyu, paying attention to the situation of the cat market. Later, I found my Xiaosi on Xianyu.
Xiaosi’s previous owner was a sophomore girl. She usually kept Xiaosi in the dormitory. Later, because the winter vacation was approaching and her family didn’t allow her to keep a cat at home, she was in a hurry to sell Xiaosi. There were many cat dealers under the post who wanted Xiaosi.

But once a cat falls into the hands of cat dealers, it won’t have a good life. So I contacted the seller girl. She saw that I was really sincere about raising Xiaosi, so she readily transferred Xiaosi to me. (By the way, I’m from Harbin and was studying in Xi’an at that time. The seller girl was studying in Harbin. So later, my parents were in charge of picking up the cat. At first, they didn’t agree to raise a cat either, but they couldn’t resist me in the end and finally agreed. Love them.)
When Xiaosi first came to my home, she was only four months old, small and cute. After entering the house, she was timid but curious, looking around and not daring to come out of the cat carrier.
Since Xiaosi came to my home, I’ve been pestering my mom every day to send me photos of the little cat, especially during the final exam period in early January. I was so tired from reviewing every day, and I survived only by looking at the “cat photos” my mom sent me.
This photo was taken by my mom early in the morning. She said that as soon as she opened the door, she found Xiaosi lying on the sofa like this. Oh my goodness, look at these big, pitiful eyes. How could there be such a cute little cat in the world!
As the days went by, my parents also “fell in love” with Xiaosi. Most of the time, the two of them and the cat got along quite harmoniously. Of course, there were also some unpleasant moments…
