Yesterday, I took Dandan for a physical examination and discovered that it had ingested a foreign object, as shown in the picture below.
The doctor gave me a tube of hair – ball remedy and told me to feed it to Dandan for three days and then observe whether the foreign object could be naturally excreted. If not, surgery would likely be required to remove it.
I’m really eager to know if any of you have ever encountered a similar situation. I’m extremely worried. Dandan seems fine, still eating, sleeping well, and full of energy. If it hadn’t been for the physical examination, we would never have known there was a foreign object in its stomach.
Thank you.
The following is a dividing line
I can answer this!
The experience is all about cuteness, cuteness, cuteness, clinginess, and more cuteness.

It just keeps purring non – stop every day… purring.
Let’s look at the pictures first.
I had no prior experience in pet – keeping. I decided to raise it because my girlfriend works from home (SOHO). When I go to work, I hoped there would be a little animal to cheer her up. A colleague’s blue cat was pregnant, so I waited for a long time. Finally, we welcomed our little blue cat. Before it arrived home, my girlfriend and I discussed many names. Eventually, since my girlfriend loves eating egg – based pastries, we named it Dandan.
This was when it first came. Since I was taking it to my girlfriend’s place, I wondered if I could put it in my pocket and secretly take it on the subway.
Haha, it was so tiny. It turned out to be okay. Even when the subway staff came by during the journey, they didn’t notice it.
It didn’t use the cat mat or the blanket I bought at all. It insisted on sleeping in the bed curtain. Maybe it was just in the first few days after arrival, and it only dared to huddle cautiously in the corner.
This is Dandan after growing a bit. After two days of exploration, it quickly started jumping around the house.
This is Dandan who doesn’t want me to go to work, holding my hand tightly.
I learned a lot of newbie cat – raising knowledge on Zhihu. I bought imported cat food for it and cooked chicken, feeding it bit by bit. Eventually, it gradually ate itself into a little chubby cat.
The first time it looked out of the window at the outside world.
It can watch “Tom and Jerry” now.
Finally, it’s willing to use the cat bed.
Pretending to be artistic, but actually it’s catching mosquitoes.
Recently, I found that I shouldn’t let it play with the infrared light too often. Otherwise, after turning off the infrared, Dandan will search for the red dot alone for a long time, looking quite disappointed.
I won’t let it play with the infrared light anymore.
I’m taking it for an injection this weekend. I hope it will always be healthy and happy. Just, it can’t get any fatter! When it “dances” on the bed at night, it feels like it could crush me…
