The “Special – Price Cat” for 1000 yuan.
I just can’t get over the fact that it’s a special – price cat. I even once thought about naming it “Little One – Thousand”. But in the end, I seriously named it “Luka”.
Regarding naming a cat, I really want to post a memo. These are some names I thought of before getting a cat. I hope it can give some inspiration to cat – owners who are thinking about names for their cats. Hahahahahaha.
Well, getting back to the point, let’s talk about the process of buying it. If your budget is limited, where can you buy a cat?
The process of buying Luka:
A few days ago, my boyfriend and I went to the pet market to buy a dog. After looking around, we always felt that something was missing.
————We were short of money!
Large – sized dogs aren’t suitable for us. Among medium – sized dogs, we only like Corgis and Shiba Inus. But they are so expensive. We visited all the pet stores in Wuhou District, Chengdu, and asked about the prices. Corgis start at 2200 yuan, and Shiba Inus start at 8800 yuan. But we finally found a cheaper one. Where did we find it? On Xianyu. But!!!! (Please read the content after “but”!) But after we went to see it, it was extremely disappointing…
It was written as “adoption” on Xianyu. Actually, I knew they were doing business. I directly asked where they were and said we would come to see the dogs and were going to buy one. After asking several sellers, they all gave my boyfriend and me the same address. When we got there, we found it was in a very remote place, surrounded by car – washing and car – repairing shops. There were three burly men in the room, tall and big, wearing tight – fitting pants and gold necklaces. One of them was holding a cigarette obliquely in his mouth and asked us, “Is it you guys?” After that, the smoke rushed out of one of his nostrils. Just as I was thinking if he had a stuffy nose, he scolded, “Come in then! How can you see the dogs if you don’t come in!”
We went in and found that all the dogs inside were having diarrhea, with their faces covered in eye discharge, and they all looked listless and pitiful. When we asked about the prices: Corgis were 1000 yuan, Labradors were 600 yuan, and Golden Retrievers were 600 yuan. But we didn’t dare to buy. Whoever bought them would be cheated. They would definitely have problems within a week after being bought home.
Alas! It was really an eye – opener. I hope those of you who want to adopt pets on Xianyu search on Baidu how they make a profit.
After looking at dogs for a day, we went back. After we got back, my boyfriend and I thought carefully. Considering our working hours and living habits, it was more suitable for us to raise a cat.
Coincidentally, I have a very close friend. Her sister and brother – in – law run a pet hospital and a pet store. I added her brother – in – law’s WeChat (because my friend said her sister’s WeChat was for personal use). And just right!! Her sister’s pet store had a blue British Shorthair that was about to be sold at a special price.
