2018/6/18 Update
It’s the second day my cat is in the pet hospital. My cat has passed away. I buried her.
Yuwan was only a little over seven months old, such a young age. She had always been healthy. Since she was a kitten, she had no tear stains, no eye boogers, no diarrhea, and no vomiting. But she was gone just like that. This morning, when I was taking her to the hospital, I bought her favorite cat treats. The sick – looking Yuwan suddenly became interested and energetic. She got up and ate for over a minute, and even patted the head of a little kitten in annoyance. I was so happy, thinking she was getting better. But in the afternoon, I received a call saying she was in emergency treatment. When I rushed there, she was twitching, struggling, and vomiting. In less than three minutes, she stopped struggling. Her eyes were bright and round, looking at my boyfriend and me. Then the doctor said the cat was gone, almost dead. The injection wasn’t even finished, and she was pronounced dead. At that time, her eyes were still open, and her fur was still smooth and soft. But she was really gone. I was heart – broken and then felt completely despaired. When I buried her, her body was already stiff.

Right after I finished answering this post, Yuwan got sick. Now her condition is extremely critical. She is severely dehydrated and anemic, not eating or drinking, listless and lying down all the time. Usually, she has a bad temper, but when we took her to the hospital for examination, she let others do whatever they needed without resistance. In fact, she was just too weak. They couldn’t draw blood for the blood test. They changed four places, shaved the fur on her front paws, hind paws, and neck to draw blood, but only got a little. All the tests showed that her white blood cells didn’t increase, and her red blood cells were normal. But she was dehydrated, with very low blood pressure and body temperature. All the tests were normal, the X – ray was normal, and the blood routine was normal. There was no feline panleukopenia and no coronavirus. We’ve already spent a lot of money, but still haven’t got a definite diagnosis. She was infused with nutrition and saline all day yesterday. She has rapid breathing, and her abdomen rises and falls obviously when she breathes. The doctor said she could… be in danger at any time. I hope she gets better!! Pray!!
It’s all my fault for not being careful enough. In the past two days, she ate significantly less and didn’t move much, sleeping all day. I searched on Baidu and it said it was normal for a cat to sleep twenty hours a day, which led to the delay of her treatment. Everyone must pay attention to your cat’s diet and condition!! If there’s anything wrong, treat it as early as possible. Don’t repeat my mistake. Now I’m going to take her to the hospital to continue the nutritional drip. I hope she can pull through!!!!

I bought her. I was shopping when I saw someone selling cats. The weather was very cold, and the kittens were all shivering, looking extremely pitiful. I took a fancy to her at the first sight because I was amazed at her resemblance to Chi’s Sweet Home, a cartoon character I really love. I named her “Yuwan”. Here is a beautiful photo of her now.
When I first bought her, she was very small and adorable.
Yuwan has had a bold sleeping posture since she was a kitten (ฅ>ω<*ฅ)
She grew a bit, and she was very thrifty! She never missed any spilled cat food!! In this photo, I accidentally spilled some cat food on the ground when I was pouring it for her. Yuwan let out an exclamation and “thumped” down from the cage, immediately and quickly cleaning up the cat food on the ground (ಥ_ಥ). So cute. One should know that every grain of food in the bowl is hard – earned.
The next two photos are when she was caught tearing toilet paper. She looked scared and wanted to run away.
So scared that she’s blurry
She grew much bigger.
She became much fatter ~ At this time, she still liked to exercise, jumping up and down, climbing high and leaping low. She was still a girl as fast as the wind.
Yuwan liked to climb high and look down on us ordinary people.
She unlocked a new sleeping posture. At this time, she was a grown – up girl and in heat for the first time.
Shy, covering my face ~
Here’s a selfie.
She gradually became so fat that she couldn’t stop.
This is a chubby “worm”
A beautiful sleeping face
A new member came to our home, a three – month – old little sister. At first, Yuwan rejected her, but soon they slept together. With the little kitten around, Yuwan became more tolerant and good – tempered, but she loved sleeping even more.
Thank you for watching ~ I’m going to find a boyfriend for her.
