Since there were a lot of mice at home, we urgently needed a “working cat”, and the tabby cat was the best choice to do this job well. After I had been nagging for a while, my younger brother brought a little orange tabby cat back from his workplace. Why say “brought back” in a rather sneaky way? One day during the summer vacation, this cat wandered into my brother’s workplace. It was not afraid of people at all and was very affectionate.
My brother fell in love with it at first sight, immediately picked it up, and then asked everyone around to make sure it didn’t belong to anyone. After that, he put it in the trunk of his car and quickly brought it home. Since we had a cat before, we still had all the cat supplies. In no time, we got the cat litter, cat food, and a small water bowl ready for it. When it saw how well – equipped everything was, it decided to stay. I wasn’t at home at that time, and my mom even called me, saying, “Aren’t you coming back soon to see the cat?” Hahahahaha. Let’s first take a look at how it looked when it was just brought back.

It was still a little kitten, extremely talkative, meowing all the time, always asking for hugs. If not hugged, it would at least stay close to you, or if that wasn’t possible, it would fall asleep within your sight.
Many of the photos were taken when it was clinging to me.
When it was a kitten, it was afraid of dogs. The dog wanted to play with the cat, just looking at it intently like this ~
When other beautiful cats are pinched like this, they look like handsome guys, but my cat…
At first, it was very afraid of the dog at home. It would start growling as soon as it smelled the dog from afar. So I desensitized it systematically, getting it closer to the dog step by step. Later, it became like this…
The dog was quite helpless ~ Am I no longer your baby?
Over the summer, it grew a lot. From a cute little orange cat, it became a big one. Indeed, the saying “nine out of ten orange cats are fat” is true… Look at that unrestrained look in its eyes.
My brother put it in a bag together with the cat food… If raising a cat isn’t for having fun, it’s meaningless…
When it was little, it loved playing. It could play with an old writing brush with you for half a day.
Now it still really likes to jump onto my lap and lie down, not caring if its paws are dirty or not ╮(╯▽╰)╭
It’s not that we don’t bathe it, but it really doesn’t cooperate. And this cat likes to wander outside. Bathing it would be a waste of effort. Let it do as it pleases ╮(╯▽╰)╭
Now that it has grown into a big cat, it’s still as cute as ever and is always willing to catch mice.
It still loves to jump onto my lap and lie down.
