The Adorable and Playful Zhang Xiaoju in Our Dormitory

They are easy to raise, but we still need to take good care of them~

Warning: Many pictures ahead

My Zhang Xiaoju came to our dormitory in early July this year~

I had been thinking about raising a cat half a year before that. I discussed it with my boyfriend and roommates and we reached an agreement. So my Zhang Xiaoju has three moms and four dads. Hahahaha

Without further ado, here come the pictures.

Zhang Xiaoju is a kitten from a friend’s home. Her mother is an orange cat and her father is a tabby cat.

When she first came, she was two months old, hadn’t had any vaccinations yet, and hadn’t taken a bath. She was also very timid around people. So we raised her on the dormitory balcony. She was very well – behaved. She would only meow, and only meowed one or two times when she was hungry.

On the day she first came, she was brought over in a cat carrier by a classmate. She was in the carrier for almost two hours and was extremely irritable. She hissed at people and patted the cat carrier with her paws.

That night, we put her in a small cat bed and fed her goat milk with a small bottle. As soon as she got into the cat bed, she hid herself.

After bringing her back to the dormitory, since she hadn’t had vaccinations or a bath yet, we first kept her in a cage on the balcony.

After raising her for about a week, she became quite clingy. After looking up information, we found that cats shouldn’t be kept in cages all the time, so we let her out.

The little cat jumping around in the dormitory.

Hahaha, this picture was taken when I first carried her onto my bed after her bath. (It turns out I was too hasty)

From then on, it was as if she had discovered a new world. She climbed onto my bed every day, and not just mine, but also my roommates’.

Thanks to my roommates for forgiving my folly.

When the little furball was teething, she really had itchy teeth. She would hold my hands and legs all day long and start chewing, not knowing how hard to bite. At first, I had no idea what to do. If I hit her, she thought I was playing with her and would bite even more eagerly. Ծ‸Ծ

Later, I learned a way. Every time she bit, I would pretend to cry. Gradually, she didn’t bite so hard. Gently chewing on you was actually quite comfortable. 2333333

Some time ago, this little furball was losing her baby teeth! When she bit me, there were spots of blood on my arm. I was quite surprised, thinking she didn’t bite that hard, so why was there blood. I opened her mouth to check and found that her teeth were about to fall out.

And then I picked up her tooth!

It was really super small.

When taking her for vaccinations. Hahahahahahaha

Her head was touched by another tabby cat.

Recently, she has become even more clingy. Hahahaha, this little cutie.
