My Smart and Mischievous Cat, Little 51

My Smart and Mischievous Cat, Little 51

Our Little 51, I’ve always thought it’s a kitten with high emotional and intelligence quotients.

Firstly, it’s really good at reading people’s expressions. Yes, as a cat, it can actually read people’s expressions??? Because it often makes a mess at home, scratches the sofa, launches sudden sneak attacks and bites you (just for play, with restraint, never breaking the skin), my dad often hits it with a fan. Every time my dad hits it, it will run into my mom’s arms, whining and acting pitiful. Then my mom will tell my dad to stop hitting it.

This scheming cat…

Also, a few months ago, we took it to be neutered. After that, it wore an Elizabethan collar for a week. I asked my mom, “With this on, it shouldn’t be able to crawl under the bed to sleep, right?” (Because it’s afraid of being disturbed when sleeping outside, it always sleeps under the bed). My mom said, “It still got in. It found that it couldn’t go in headfirst, so it backed in with its butt first. The Elizabethan collar is soft and the neck part is thinner. Then it slowly squeezed the collar in.

Moreover, this naughty cat holds grudges. If you hit it for doing something bad, it will take revenge on you, and not right away. It will remember and then scratch you when you’re not paying attention.

Sometimes I also feel that it can understand human speech. Sometimes when it’s sleeping on the sofa and I’m talking bad about it to my mom beside it, it will suddenly kick me with its paws, as if saying, “You little brat, stop talking bad about me.

51 is a smart kitten. I picked it up in Xiamen and later brought it home. When I first brought it back, it took advantage of when we were all out and dragged a bag of cat food I put under the table to under the bed to enjoy it by itself.

I bought a bed for it, but it never sleeps in it… Every time it wants to lie down somewhere, it drags the pink bath towel I put in its bed out and uses it as a mat to sleep on because the tiled floor is cold.

It’s a very smart little darling, but it also has a wild temper. You can’t make it obey you. You can only get used to its habits.
