I picked up a 6-month-old tabby cat. I picked up a 6-month-old pear flower cat. Before, he would pet, kiss, and cuddle downstairs every day. He was the best among a bunch of stray cats. The aunties and sisters in the building took turns to serve him, so he never went hungry. The security guards had to give him a seat. Seeing that the cold wave was coming, I took him home.
On the first day back home, he knew how to use cat litter (although he hid under the bed all night in fear on the first day he got home, he actually knew how to use cat litter), knew how to sharpen his claws on the cat scratching board, didn’t chew on the wires, didn’t destroy the house, didn’t drink my water, wouldn’t push things over, and wouldn’t touch your things. He didn’t poop or pee everywhere (even when he was in heat), and he especially liked you to hold him. As soon as you sat down, he would jump on your legs and ask for petting.
After the first nail clipping, he didn’t dare to show his claws in front of me, afraid of being clipped again. He didn’t claw (but once my husband hit him, he would definitely retaliate). He was going to rush out when the door opened, but later he didn’t follow us when he knew we were going out to work.

He plays with the toys you buy for a while and then stops playing. He likes you to play with him. His current hobby is to hide and ask me to find him, then jump out and hit me. When I call “come back”, he will run over. When I can touch him, he will run away quickly and sleep
quietly all night. Even if he is awake, he will not make any sound. When the light is turned off, he will squat beside the pillow to guard you. I don’t know when he will go to bed. When he sees me staying up late, he will tell me to go to bed quickly (pull the quilt) and wake me up around 6 o’clock in the morning. He will sleep in with me on weekends. He
fights hard for food. He will come to you to eat anything he sees. He has become more and more picky recently. He only eats pure meat and freeze-dried cat food. He picks out the ones he doesn’t like. He doesn’t eat meat scraps
. He likes a new single bed. He wants to have what others have. He has to check it when the express delivery arrives. He
can understand words, such as “eat”, “sleep” and “meat”. When I say xxx is coming back, he will go to the door and wait. He will run away when he hears “cut nails”.
When he wants to eat meat, he will sit in front of the refrigerator.
Once he ran out in heat, ran from the 14th floor to the basement, lived in front of the cleaning house, got acquainted with the new security guard, and became obedient after I took him back, and never went out in heat again (he realized the reality that there is nothing outside).
I am so afraid that he will take advantage of the time when we get home from work and open the door one day to run out. Recently, staying at home can no longer satisfy him. He wants to go out to play every day. After the balcony is equipped with a net, he will not go to the balcony.
2023.2.10 Update
After the egg was cut, he became more humane. He does not sleep during the day, and goes to bed as soon as the lights are turned off at night. He does not eat or drink water all night, and just sleeps all night. In the morning, the alarm clock rings to drive me to work, and then I continue to sleep with my husband.
He will drag his favorite toys to his little corner.
He will bring back the frisbee.
He has to go out all day because he is in heat. I kicked him twice because I was annoyed, and he immediately peed on my quilt twice. I gave him meat to eat, but he turned his head away and broke up with me completely. I covered the bed with a cloth, and he pulled it aside and soaked me twice more. After enduring for a few days, I saw that his anger had almost subsided, so I started to coax him and told him not to wet the bed. He patted me to show that he understood, and he never wet the bed again.
Fortunately, I asked someone else to bring him my balls to be neutered, otherwise I would have to scratch my face. He
has a lot of expressions, and his mouth will open wide when he sees something surprising. When I talk to my husband about him, his ears will turn around. If
I haven’t been home for a few days, he will be very enthusiastic and help me to trim my hair before going to bed .
There is another advantage of neutering: he is in very good health. He doesn’t need to take painkillers after sterilization, and he jumps up and down as usual. He has good resistance and less allergies. A friend who raises purebred cats said: With the environment in your house (referring to the fact that I don’t clean it often), if it was a ragdoll cat, it might have died of infectious peritonitis.
The heartless and
smiling cat sleeping with its legs spread out
, the poor thing after the balls were neutered looks like a plush toy.
