My tabby cat Mimi and her four cubs (3)

My tabby cat Mimi and her four cubs (3)

I know this question. I

live in Sichuan, in the countryside. The most common cat here is the tabby cat. As far as I know, tabby cats are generally fierce and are good at catching mice. Their fur color makes them easy to hide.

The following is my Mimi (I didn’t think of a name at the time, so I kept calling her that. I can’t change it later).

It’s the smallest photo I can find. It was brought by my grandmother from someone else’s house. Later,

she gave birth to three tabby cats. They

all looked almost the same. I’m not sure if it’s the same kitten

. Then I went to school. When I came back, the kitten had been adopted by someone else.

Then she gave birth to a second litter of kittens,

a gray cat and a yellow cat. They all inherited Mimi’s stripes. The yellow cat was adopted by someone else, and the gray cat stayed in our house for a long time. I named it Xiaohuihui.

Due to the epidemic, I stayed at home. I found that Mimi was pregnant with her third baby and the baby

was as fat as a pig.

Then when she was about to give birth, she disappeared. I climbed mountains and hills at home for a whole month to look for her, when my grandmother thought she was dead.

One day at noon, a tabby cat suddenly ran into our kitchen, sticking its butt out and looking for food in the cupboard. My grandmother thought it was a wild cat, so she hit it with a broom. It ran to the vegetable garden. When my grandmother saw it, she quickly called me, saying that Mimi was back. I ran over quickly. She looked completely different from the pig a month ago. She was thin and small. I was about to reach out to touch her, but she ran away from under my legs. I searched for half a day but to no avail.

Two days later, it came back, fed her some fish and meat, and left again. Later, people in the next yard said that a big tabby cat had come to their yard. It was majestic and proud. Wherever it passed, mice disappeared. My grandmother proudly puffed up her chest when she heard it. It was our Mimi.

Then we went to pick up Mimi and her sons, four kittens, all tabby cats. Mimi saw me and ran to my arms. She would pant fiercely when any stranger looked at the kittens. Only when I went there did she bring the kittens to me.

So during that time, we had six cats (Mimi, Xiaohuihui, Mimi’s four tabby sons).

Then Xiaohuihui was adopted, and another cat came to our house. She came by herself and kept trying to stay at the edge of our house until I took out fish for her. I also slowly tried to try her and finally I could hug her.

This girl is very clingy. When I have evening classes, she will stand on the table to kiss and hug me. When I wear a hooded sweatshirt, she will sleep in my hat

like this .

They

took a photo together. I found a photo of the four sons

. The cat in the center is a folded ear cat (I don’t know why it is a folded ear cat). It is super cute and is called Erduo. The right one has very long hair and is called Maomao. The other two are hard to recognize here. One looks very similar to Mimi and is called Xiaomi.

Now it is a big head cute

photo. When taking pictures, it always puts its face close to my camera.

At night, when it hears the sound of mice,

its eyes widen like copper bells.

There was a video originally, but it has been deleted.

Meow Meow also has a big head photo.

Now all the kittens have been adopted, and Meow Meow has also been adopted.

The family that adopted Meow Meow told me that Meow Meow gave birth to three babies!! No wonder Meow Meow was so clingy at that time. When I went to see Meow Meow, Meow Meow was still as clingy as ever and wanted to sleep in my arms.

Mimi also likes to stick to me when I am doing homework.

On July 6, I found two identical photos. I modified them.

Mimi is sleeping now . I

will post two photos with Mimi.

At this moment

, Mimi is really good at catching mice. The mice are long and big, and Mimi holds his neck and brings him back. He must bring it to me and call super loudly to attract my attention. Only when I praise her will she stop. There are two other times when he caught mice. I was doing homework on the table, and he threw the mouse up and threw it on my table, as if he wanted to share his trophy with me. I told her I didn’t want to eat it and asked him to take it away, and she went away grumbling.

I always think that small animals are innocent and kind, especially cats. They are cold and arrogant at the beginning and don’t know how to be close to others. After getting familiar with you, they start to rely on you. Whenever I feel unhappy, I hug her and talk to her. She rubs her face against mine, and I feel that this world is still very warm. Just like the smell in Mimi’s fur, warm. I

will update some more photos on July 7th.

It seems to be clamoring for me to open the door for her.
