My tabby cat is called Xiaoli. My childhood friend opened a pet shop at the entrance of my community and asked me to take a cat home. My girlfriend and I planned to choose a more lively one. After much deliberation, we chose a three-month-old leopard cat and named it Xiaobao.
It was also a coincidence that on the way home with Xiaobao, I saw a dying tabby cat next to the trash can. I felt sorry for it, so I took it to my childhood friend’s shop for treatment. This cat is five months old and has injuries all over his body. There are two big wounds on his back, which are inflamed. There are also injuries on his face and claws. If I hadn’t brought it here, it would definitely not survive tonight. After a period of treatment, I saw that I had a connection with him, so I thought about keeping Xiaobao company, so I adopted him together and named him Xiaoli.

After the two cats got together, they quickly determined their family status. Xiaobao was like a grandson in front of Xiaoli. When it was time to eat, Xiaobao’s first reaction was not to come to eat, but to call Xiaoli first; when Xiaobao was fed snacks alone, no matter how much he liked to eat, he would immediately hide when Xiaoli came over, and he would only dare to come when Xiaoli got tired of eating. There was even a time when my girlfriend brought a basin of catnip, and Xiaobao was addicted to it. When Xiaoli came over and yelled at him, he obediently gave up the main seat to the big brother and rubbed a little in the corner. Later, it even developed to the point that when giving Xiaobao a bath, my girlfriend and I put Xiaoli next to him, and Xiaobao’s struggle would be greatly reduced. He was so pitiful that he was shaking with trembling when he came out to shake water, afraid of splashing on the big brother.
In this way, Xiaobao was hit by Xiaoli for no reason, and he didn’t dare to fight back. Every time he gestured a few times and then ran away quickly.
Because he lived on the first floor and had a small yard with him, he couldn’t be locked up, so Xiaoli went out to play when he had nothing to do, often coming home with injuries, fighting with others at every turn, and was visited by people three times. One time, he scratched the eyes of a bull terrier that was several times bigger than him and made it bleed; another time, he climbed along the water pipe to the third floor of a certain owner’s house, tore the screen window, and caught the rabbit raised by the daughter of the owner into the house. It can be said that everyone from security guards to owners knows its reputation. It is well-known in our community. When picking up express delivery, the security guards often report to me that Xiaobawang (the nickname given to Xiaoli by the people in the community) had a fight with someone yesterday.
Later, because of the epidemic, my girlfriend and I had to go to the unit for duty. We were afraid that we could not take care of the two cats, so we planned to foster the two cats in the shop of our childhood friend. The childhood friend made it clear that if he took Xiaobao away, Xiaoli would definitely not take it. In the end, my girlfriend compromised and took Xiaoli to her unit, and Xiaobao was fostered.
As a result, the next day, the childhood friend called me to beg me to take back my magic power. After he brought Xiaobao to the store, the little leopard, who was like a grandson at home, lost the little li who was suppressing him, and beat his two brothers of the same litter one by one. After being imprisoned in a single room, he roared at other cats and dogs through the glass, scaring those lively little kittens like quails.
Later, he was picked out of the “cat apartment” and put in a separate cage. There was a Teddy in my childhood friend’s shop. Maybe it was too lively and had a bad mouth. It was locked in a single cage at the back of the room and jumped up and down in the cage every day.
As a result, that night, the little leopard, who was placed on the table at the door of the cat house with the cage, struggled to knock the cage and himself off the table, and then kept bumping and bumping for nearly an hour, bumping his cage next to the Teddy’s cage, stretching out his claws to hit the Teddy, which scared the Teddy. The next day, my childhood friend was stunned when he watched the surveillance, saying that he really couldn’t take care of this cat and begged me to take it back. Finally, I persuaded him to agree to watch it for a while, but since then, he made a storage box every day, took the little leopard home after closing the door, and didn’t dare to keep it anymore. By the way, the Teddy who was frightened for the whole night, changed his arrogant habit since then, and he dared not bark continuously, as if he was castrated (before it was Woof! Woof woof woof woof! It barked like that, but now every time it barks it’s Woof~Woo… Woof~Woo… He was really scared and had a psychological trauma).
So if you ask how powerful the tabby cat is, I can tell you from my personal experience that the tabby cat is so powerful that it doesn’t need to do anything itself, but can dominate the outside world with just the little brothers it brings out.
