I have a British shorthair cat named Abu and an American shorthair cat named Coco

I have a British shorthair cat named Abu and an American shorthair cat named Coco. I can say that I have a little say… I have a British shorthair cat and an American shorthair cat.

After reading so many answers, many people said that American shorthair cats have good personalities. Maybe the one I have is an exception.

The American shorthair cat is called Coco, and the British shorthair cat is called Abu. Coco is the older sister, seven months old, and Abu is the younger brother, six months old.

Coco was brought home when she was two months old. She is a little princess who is loved by everyone. But she has never been clingy. The biggest sign of her affection is that she will go wherever you go, lie down, and look at you quietly. Every day when I go home, I can see her waiting for me at the door. She basically won’t meow unless you make her uncomfortable (for example, when she poops or wipes her butt, she will even bite me). If you make her angry, she will yawn at me…

Abu bu is a blue and white British shorthair cat, a little sweet boy. She is timid, clingy and easy to push over. She still speaks in a baby voice even when she is so big (by the way, this guy likes to mutter and swear at people by himself… ask me how I know she is swearing? Sometimes when she mutters, Coco will go and beat her…)

Abu bu will scratch my door at 6:30 every morning on the dot, meowing in a baby voice. When I go out, she will hit my hand with her head and even jump up and try hard to achieve this goal. After you pat it twice, it will purr, show its belly and look at you, and put its big head towards your hand (this is impossible for Coco, a cat who loves freedom by nature)… At night, it will climb on the bed and step on my milk when it goes to bed, and sometimes it will look at me very gently and put its paws on my face… This cat is so suitable for the family that I can’t bear to castrate it, and I always want to leave him with an offspring (except that he is too stupid and has to wash his paws every day, he is perfect).

Summary:

As far as I know, American Shorthair cats are more lively, exercise more, are not easy to get fat, and have long legs and feet~

British Shorthair cats have short legs and feet, big heads, thick bodies, average exercise, and more gentle and mild personalities (more suitable for families with children and elderly people).

As for the issue of relatives, I think it has something to do with the breed, but not much. The family factor is more due to the personality (genes) of the parents, the socialization during the personality development stage of 1 to 3 months after birth (for example, in many cat environments, cats will know the severity of their bites), and your attitude towards it also affects its attitude towards you (cats are so sensitive~)

When choosing a cat, it would be best if you can play with it yourself to observe the kitten’s personality~
