part. 5 [Sick]

The second time he got sick was when I was at my worst in 2015. All my bad luck happened during that period.
That morning, I suddenly found that he was listless. He didn’t eat dog food for two consecutive meals, and his poop was very smelly.
My friend reminded me to buy a test strip to test for parvovirus. I thought it was impossible at the time, because I didn’t go out much, so it was impossible to get infected. Later, I listened to my friend and bought a test strip and tried it. This test was like a bolt from the blue. The test result was positive! I couldn’t stay calm at the time, and I cursed directly in the circle of friends.
On the morning of the day he got sick, he just lay there motionless, using his feet as a pillow, looking so pitiful.
Then I took it to the pet hospital. The doctor said it needed to be hospitalized for at least 5 days. It needed 4-5 bottles of drips every day, which cost more than 400 yuan a day. When you are getting an IV drip, you have to have someone watching over you, otherwise the needle will easily roll and the IV won’t go in. At first, my friend watched over me for two days, and then I simply took two days off to accompany Qianqian.
It was getting an IV drip, and I was bored so I sat on the floor next to it and watched iPad.
On the last day of the IV drip, I was watching “Ten Promises Between My Dog and Me” and captured this perfect scene.
But after I brought it home, it couldn’t go out or play with other dogs, so it had to be locked in the corridor for about half a month, and it was almost going crazy.
· The third illness was not a big problem compared to the previous two times. It just liked to lick its testicles all the time, which later caused its testicles to become festering and inflamed, so I had to put an Elizabethan collar on it, which was so aggrieved.
Later, because the collar could still be licked, I had to change it to a mouth mask. It was crazy when it was put on at first, but later I got used to it and gave up struggling, but its expression was like I owed it dog food.
· The fourth time I got sick, I almost went crazy. The symptom was a runny nose that lasted all night. The next day, my temperature was almost 40 degrees. I checked on Baidu and found that it was suspected to be canine distemper. I was desperate at the time. I even wanted to give up…
I lost my temper and complained to my colleagues, saying that I couldn’t treat it… In fact, I just didn’t have the money.
Fortunately, it was just a respiratory infection, and I finally breathed a sigh of relief. I
skipped work again to accompany Uncle Qian for an IV drip. Friends who don’t have dogs said to me, why do I do this, I’m asking for trouble, alas, they don’t understand…

Before he got sick, Qian Qian was a gentle man who never rummaged through trash cans or chewed things when he was locked up at home.
Later, I moved to a new house. After he got sick, he frequently caused me troubles. I was so angry when he would tear down my house from time to time.
My friends named Qian the [King of Destruction]. His destructive power was so powerful that he
chewed 5 of my floor mats. I finally caught him again and beat him up. His expression seemed to be very resentful of me…
