Before deciding to keep a cat, I spent more than a month immersed in various cat – related posts, carefully choosing my own “little angel”. Now, my Wangcai has been accompanying me for a month and a half. Its arrival has added countless joys and colors to my life. Now, let me show off my lovely Wangcai.
Wangcai is a four – and – a – half – month – old male cat. Its name sounds full of auspicious meanings, and indeed, it has brought me a lot of luck and happiness. It has many unique characteristics, like a little treasure with infinite charm.
Wangcai has a special love for water and always takes the initiative to drink water, which is a rather rare good habit among cats. Besides loving water, it has no resistance to delicious food. Chicken breast and beef jerky are its favorites. Whenever I take out these delicacies, its small eyes will instantly shine with excitement, and it can’t wait to surround me, meowing non – stop, as if saying: “Master, I’m ready to enjoy the delicious food!”
Wangcai has an extremely good temper, just like a gentle little gentleman. It never scratches or bites people. Whether during playtime or when I accidentally disturb it occasionally, it just looks at me quietly and never loses its temper. At home, Wangcai is like a lively little tiger, jumping up and down, exploring every corner with enthusiasm, showing its strong curiosity. But as soon as it goes out, it becomes as timid as a mouse, snuggling tightly in my arms, not daring to move at all. The contrast – cute appearance makes people laugh.

Every morning, Wangcai will wait by my bed on time for me to wake up. As soon as I open my eyes, I can see its cute little head and hear its cheerful meows, as if saying to me: “Master, a new day has begun. Get up quickly and play with me!” And when I haven’t opened my eyes yet, it is as obedient as a little angel, quietly lying by the bed, never disturbing my sleep. Its sensible appearance warms my heart.
Wangcai’s meow is particularly charming. Whenever it is clingy, that voice seems to melt my heart. It will follow me closely, rubbing against my legs, not wanting to leave for a moment. It is precisely because of its clingy personality and charming meow that when I first raised it, I always thought it was a female cat. It was not until later that I discovered this “little secret”. Every time I think of this, I can’t help but laugh.
When it comes to playing, Wangcai’s favorite toy is undoubtedly the cat teaser. Its love for the cat teaser has reached a level of obsession. As long as I gently touch the cat teaser, even if it was hiding in a corner before or had drilled under the sofa because of anger, it will instantly pounce over like a bolt of lightning, with excitement and concentration in its eyes. It will engage in a fierce “battle” with the cat teaser, jumping up and down, pouncing left and right, having a great time. Sometimes, I deliberately throw the cat teaser onto the sofa, and it will quickly pick it up and then run back to the bed happily. It can have a great time by itself on the bed, as if the bed is its exclusive playground.
Wangcai can also get angry, but its temper comes and goes quickly, and it is especially easy to coax. Just give it a little snack or play with the cat teaser with it for a while, and it will immediately forget the unhappiness just now and become that lively and lovely little guy again. What surprises me even more is that it is not afraid of injections at all. Every time I take it to the pet hospital for vaccinations, it behaves very bravely, just quietly lying in my arms, meowing softly occasionally, as if telling me that it’s okay. It’s really a super – brave little cat.
Wangcai is really very beautiful. Its soft fur shimmers with a charming luster in the sun, and its big eyes are clear and bright, like two shining gemstones. However, it also has some funny little “shortcomings”. For example, when it drinks water, its posture is a bit like that of a turtle, stretching and retracting its head, which is extremely funny; when it sleeps, it will pose in all kinds of strange postures. Sometimes it lies on its back with all four legs in the air, and sometimes it curls up into a ball like a furry little dumpling, making people laugh when they see it.
In this one – and – a – half – month period, Wangcai has completely integrated into my life and become the most important part of my life. Every move and every expression of it can bring me endless joy and warmth. I believe that in the future days, Wangcai will continue to accompany me. We will create more beautiful memories together and spend every happy moment together. I love my Wangcai, this little baby who brings me infinite surprises and happiness.
