I just brought my Siamese kitten home on September 25th, so I haven’t had him for long. I named him Naitang. I thought that since he’s white now, he’s like a White Rabbit Creamy Candy, and when his fur darkens in the future, he’ll be like a Chocolate Creamy Candy.
He is extremely clingy. When I first picked him up at the cattery, as soon as I scratched his chin, he started purring. On the way back, in the carrier, he rolled over to show his belly, asking for a pat.
After bringing him home, I let him get familiar with the house for two hours. He stayed behind the air – conditioner for those two hours. Then, unable to resist his curiosity, he came out. I was sitting on a mat, playing with my phone, and he jumped at the ring on my phone.

At night, it was already quite cold in Wuhan in late September. The first – floor of my house has tiled floors. He didn’t even touch the nest I prepared for him. Worried that he might catch a cold, I took him into my room and left a small gap for him to go out to pee, dig in the litter box, eat, and drink. However, he stayed under the desk in the room all night and caught a cold. He started sneezing. Hahaha, although I laughed at him, I still went to buy medicine for him.
On the second night, I was complaining to my friend that the little cat didn’t come onto the bed when I brought him into the room. But then, as soon as I brought him in that night, he jumped onto the bed. Maybe he was really scared on the first day, hahaha.
He is really extremely cute. But after a while, he started running around wildly on the bed. He is really good – looking. Later, when I checked his ears, I found they were dirty. He liked to scratch them, so he might have ear mites. So I bought something to clean his ears and also a Elizabethan collar. Hahaha, as soon as I put it on him, he seemed to lose his spirit.
Since I picked him up the day after the Mid – Autumn Festival, and National Day was coming, I had to go back home. Pet stores won’t take cats without vaccinations, and I was also afraid he might get sick, so I sent him there. He kept meowing on the way. Maybe he was afraid of being abandoned. Don’t worry, mom will come back for you in seven days!
When I picked him up, I thought he had darkened a bit more. The shopkeeper told me that other cats might be a bit listless at night after getting vaccinated. I was worried about him, but he ate and drank well, and slept soundly, not knowing anything. Hahaha.
After coming back, he sleeps on the bed every day. He especially likes to sleep on the pillow right above my head and in my arms. Last night, when we were sleeping, he even put his mouth against mine. I could feel his breath.
He is very lively but sometimes a bit silly. He always sleeps by the bedside. It’s common for him to stretch and then roll off the bed. Sometimes when I’m making something or drawing, he keeps meowing beside me, asking me to play with him. If I don’t, he’ll hug my leg. If I still don’t, he’ll climb onto the table, rub against my hand, and lie down on the computer keyboard.
Yesterday, I cleaned the room. I wanted to change the bedsheet, but he wouldn’t let me. In the end, I forcefully pulled him and the bedsheet down together. After changing the sheet, he climbed back onto the bed and seemed to be complaining to me. I took a picture of him, hahaha.
Finally, here are some beautiful photos of Naitang and his funny lying – on – the – ground posture. Oh, and recently, I bought him some small clothes. As soon as he put them on, he couldn’t walk properly. After a while, I secretly took them off for him. But he still looked really cute, so I took a picture to remember it. Hahaha. I’ll update if there are new things! Marking my place here!
