As a “cat – sharing fanatic”, every time I see friends liking and commenting on the cat updates I share on Weibo, my heart is filled with joy.However, in fact, my two cats are extremely cute and full of “drama”. Every move of theirs is full of fun.
Let’s start with those lovely moments of them. Sometimes, they are so sleepy that their appearance just melts my heart. Watching them with drooping eyelids, staggering around to find a place to sleep, I can’t help but want to record these scenes. And their funny emoticons are really hilarious. As a “cat mom”, I can’t help but praise them. They are truly super cute! When looking at those emoticons in sequence, they are surprisingly coherent. Every time I see them, I can’t stop laughing.
However, it’s not easy to capture these lovely pictures, especially when dealing with that greedy kitten. Take the time when I was updating this batch of pictures. I spent almost one-third of the time catching the kitten. That day, I made braised meatballs in the kitchen for its “dad”. As soon as the fragrant smell of the meat wafted out, the kitten couldn’t sit still. It was like a little glutton lured by the delicious food, constantly running towards the kitchen. Its back view was as determined as a “hero going to his death”. Looking at its charming buttocks, I felt both annoyed and amused. I swear this was not taken in the same shot. It really ran into the kitchen no less than 10 times. Every time I caught it back, it would seize the opportunity to attack again, making me feel desperate.
Another time, when its “dad” was eating an egg and was still peeling the eggshell, the kitten couldn’t bear it anymore. It closely followed its “dad”, or precisely, the footsteps of the egg. Its eager appearance was as if the egg was a rare treasure. Its longing eyes, the constantly turning little head, and the occasional outstretched little paw all showed its obsession with food.
Although my big cat is not as greedy and naughty as the kitten, it also has its own loveliness. It always quietly watches the kitten’s “performance”. Sometimes, it even shows a helpless and doting expression, as if saying, “I really can’t do anything about this little guy.” The interaction between the two cats is also full of warmth and joy. They will chase and play with each other, and also snuggle up together to sleep. These scenes make me feel the deep affection between them.
I’m really glad to have these two lovely cats. Their presence has made my life more colorful. Although taking care of them can be a bit tiring sometimes, the happiness and warmth they bring to me are beyond words. I will continue to record their adorable daily life and hope that more people can see their cuteness and share this joy with me.
