Does it have a perfect “eight – shaped” face?
A perfect “eight – shaped” face means the coat color spreads symmetrically in an “eight” shape and there is no miscellaneous – colored hair.
The biggest difference between a British Shorthair Blue and White cat and a Blue cat is whether there is an “eight – shaped” face.
When judging the face – opening, in addition to checking whether it is symmetrical, we also need to see if the shape of the face – opening is rather random.
Is it full – back?
The back is covered with gray – blue fur.

Does it have “five pink parts”?
“Five pink parts” means the nose and all four paws are pink. If it has a black nose or a nose with black spots, it will greatly reduce the appearance quality and price.
Is it fully – collared?
Fully – collared means the coat color from the neck to the chest is white.
Full – back + fully – collared + white limbs is one of the perfect standards for Blue and White cats. However, due to the unstable genetic genes of the color distribution of Blue and White cats, it is generally very difficult to meet this perfect standard.
Does it have a round face?
A pure – bred British Shorthair has “five rounds and one flat”, that is, a round head, a round face, round ears, a round muzzle, and a round chin.
But remember, the top of the head (the part between the two ears on the top of the head) of a pure – bred British Shorthair is flat.
