The Charming Siamese Cat, Neeko

The Charming Siamese Cat, Neeko

Neeko came to my home in December 2018. She was three – and – a – half months old, a little female cat at that time.

When she first arrived home, being unfamiliar with the environment, she would often hide under the sofa or bed. Since I was studying out of town, she had already been at home for about a week by the time I got back. By then, she had already recognized my mom. This photo was taken when I just got home. It’s not very well – taken, a bit blurry.

As for the experience of having her, first of all, she is extremely clingy. She basically stays at my feet or my parents’ feet all the time, tripping us up. Ever since she came to our home, we all have to be extra careful when walking, for fear of accidentally kicking her one day.

It’s worth mentioning that our Siamese cat is not as vocal as those in other posts. She usually doesn’t meow much. However, as soon as someone’s mouth moves, she will circle around you, meowing pitifully. It often makes people feel reluctant to eat alone. But cats can’t eat human food, so we usually soak some meat from our cooked meals in hot water. I don’t know if this method works. Sometimes, because she follows too closely, she gets accidentally locked in the toilet or some other room. But at this time, her meows are softer. Most of the time, I figure out that she has been locked in a room by realizing that she hasn’t come to look for me for a long time.

This little guy always stays by my side when I’m back. As soon as I start playing games, she will sleep on my lap or bite the wires beside me. Fortunately, she doesn’t bite them often. Also, because the indoor temperature in the north is stable, her fur hasn’t turned completely black yet, hhhh.

Here is a beautiful picture of her. In the following picture, she took over my laptop while I was out using the toilet. Her sleeping postures are as strange as those of other cats. She can also retrieve things like a dog.

Now I’m back at school and can only “cloud – pet” her every day. Recently, during the molting season, my parents have been complaining a lot about the cat hair flying everywhere. My parents told me that she secretly sneaked into the kitchen to steal meat. What a naughty move!

It feels like ever since we had this little master, all my troubles have disappeared. Although this may sound a bit exaggerated.
