In the world of pets, cats always attract many pet lovers with their unique charm. And I am fortunate to have a lynx – point Siamese cat. Its existence has added countless joys and surprises to my life, as well as many unexpected stories.
When I first brought it home, it was a tiny little thing, with a thin and small figure, as if a gust of wind could blow it down. Most three – month – old Siamese cats have a slender body with long legs and a long waist, and my “master” is no exception. At that time, it was really as small as a palm, making people feel pity at the sight.
The character of Siamese cats is very unique. They are not shy at all. On the first night I brought it home, it was like a curious baby, jumping up and down at home, busy getting familiar with this brand – new environment. I tried to take some photos of it, but its flexible figure always flashed in front of the camera and could not be captured at all. However, soon it showed its gentle side. When I gently stroked it, it actually made a purring sound. At that moment, I thought it was unhappy and felt a little nervous. Later, when I asked the cattery owner, I learned that this was a sign that it was satisfied with its new home and new owner. I couldn’t help but secretly rejoice, “Thank you, master!” That night, it fell asleep on my lap peacefully. I was so nervous that I didn’t dare to move, for fear of disturbing this lovely little life.
Since then, it has quickly integrated into my life. It extremely loves to play with people. As long as I leave its sight range, it will keep meowing, as if saying, “Master, where are you going? Come back and play with me quickly!” Every morning, when I get up to add cat food for it, it will run over happily and rub against my legs. Its sweet appearance makes my mood extremely beautiful for the whole day. When I get home from work at night, it always greets me the first time, rubbing its small head against my legs, as if telling me its missing for the whole day. However, it also has a naughty habit of liking to climb up my legs. This has caused my jeans to suffer. Several pairs have been scratched by it.
The most charming part of my Siamese cat is its clean blue eyes. The blue eyes of Siamese cats look extremely blue under natural light, like two bright gemstones. Although it is a boy, it has such beautiful eyes that people can’t help but take a few more glances. Besides its high appearance value, it is also quite smart and clean. When it first arrived home, it knew how to use the litter box, which saved me a lot of trouble. Once, it accidentally soiled its cat litter, and then it refused to sleep in it no matter what. When I saw this, I quickly wiped the cat litter clean with pet – specific disinfectant wipes, and then it nestled in it contentedly.
Many people say that Siamese cats are not picky eaters, but my “master” seems to be a bit different. The well – received Junbao hair – removing cream doesn’t interest it at all, and dried fish can’t arouse its appetite either. However, when it comes to changing cat food, it doesn’t show any resistance, which also makes me breathe a sigh of relief.
However, Siamese cats are not perfect. Its biggest drawback is that it has too much energy. It is simply an “energetic little madman”. Every night, it will start its “parkour mode” on time, jumping up and down at home, as if it has endless energy. Now it is in the teething period at three months old and especially likes to bite people. However, it still has a sense of proportion. So far, it has never really bitten anyone. Every time it bites me, as long as I shout in pain, it will stop and then lick me with its tongue, as if apologizing to me.
As time goes by, my originally thin “slim gentleman” now actually gradually has the tendency to become a “chubby and cute master”. Who said Siamese cats can’t get fat? Looking at its increasingly round figure, I am really angry and funny at the same time. Sometimes, when it lies on me, the weight presses my hand almost to break, but I can only continue to hold it with a smile. After all, it is my beloved “little baby”!
In the days of getting along with my Siamese cat, although there have been troubles and helplessness, there is more joy and warmth. It is like my little angel, accompanying me through every ordinary and beautiful day. I look forward to creating more beautiful memories with it in the future and witnessing every growth and change of it.
