In the days of accompanying my Siamese cat Lanbo, every moment is filled with novelty and joy. Lanbo, this lovely little guy, has long become an indispensable part of my life, and every move of his touches my heart.
Lanbo is now seven and a half months old. His growth process is like a wonderful movie, and every frame makes me intoxicated. Last night, after giving him a bath, I couldn’t help but take a few photos of him while he was drying. In the photos, his hair is fluffy and soft, and his wet eyes are shining with a vivid light, as if hiding countless little secrets. At the moment, he is sleeping soundly on the workbench, looking so cute that people can’t help but want to gently stroke him.
Looking at Lanbo’s recent photos, I can’t help but recall the bits and pieces of getting along with him. He has really brought too many surprises to my life. Take the new skills he has learned recently, for example. They really open my eyes.
He is very enthusiastic about playing games that are usually played by dogs. I throw a wool ball or a ball made of other ropes as far as possible, and he rushes over like an arrow leaving the string, picks up the ball and brings it back, and then enjoys playing like this over and over again. Sometimes, I deliberately throw the ball to a very hard – to – find place, but this doesn’t stump Lanbo at all. The moment he finds the ball, his ears fold back in excitement, and then he runs back happily. His serious appearance is really too funny! It’s a pity that Zhihu can’t send short videos, otherwise everyone would definitely see his interesting appearance. Every time I see him playing this game, I can feel the happiness in his heart, as if the whole world has become more beautiful because of his enthusiasm.
Another new skill of Lanbo is even more unexpected, that is, going for a bike ride. Before, when going to the studio, he always stood on my shoulder. At that time, he was still small and looked very cute on my shoulder. But as he gradually grew up, my shoulder jolted when walking, and he sometimes couldn’t stand still. And after I cut his nails, he was more likely to slip. So, recently I tried to take him by bike. Unexpectedly, the process of riding a bike is very stable, and Lanbo actually likes this way of traveling more. When I ride a bike and Lanbo sits quietly in front of me, the breeze gently blows through his hair, and there is curiosity and excitement in his eyes. We seem to have become the most special combination in the world. Every bike ride is a unique adventure between us, making our relationship even closer.
In the process of getting along with Lanbo, I also received many kind suggestions from people in the comments. They reminded me to train him to be gentler when biting. I am very grateful for these suggestions and will pay attention to guiding him. However, I still hope he can maintain his active and lively personality. After all, everyone has their own preferences. As long as Lanbo is happy, I am happy. I don’t want to always judge what is right and normal from other people’s perspectives. Lanbo is Lanbo. He has his own unique charm. Whether it’s his naughtiness or his cleverness, they all fascinate me deeply.
Lanbo, this lovely little life, accompanies me in his own way, bringing me endless joy and warmth.
