When it was about three months old, it entered our home. At that time, I didn’t know much about cats. However, when I first saw its photo, there was only one thought in my mind: Wow, this is so cute! It’s the one. I must take it home!
In the first few days after it arrived home, it was extremely well – behaved. When I was playing games, it wouldn’t interfere at all. It just watched quietly from the side, with its focused little eyes as if it was curious about this world. However, not long after I started raising it, I rarely played games at home anymore. As for the reason, I think those who have raised cats can understand. Once it gets on the bed, it stares intently at my data cable, as if saying, “I’m just looking. I won’t touch it.” But after getting familiar with me, it’s a completely different story. Not only does it touch, but it also bites. The data cable seems to be its most interesting toy in its eyes. Sometimes, it even lies on my mouse cable, sleeping comfortably as if it’s its exclusive little nest.
It especially likes to run into my arms, rest its head on my arm, and then sleep soundly on its back. No matter how much I call it, it won’t wake up. Its cute and cozy appearance makes my heart melt. When it first arrived home, it would give me a look that seemed to say, “Go and clean the litter box.” That little look was full of arrogance, as if this was my obligation as a litter – box cleaner, and I could only understand the meaning by myself. As soon as I turn on the computer, it will quickly occupy the position it believes is its own, as if the front of the computer desk is its territory. Once it chewed something up, I couldn’t help but spank it. But it looked at me innocently, as if asking, “Is it my fault?” That appearance made me angry and funny at the same time.
After it was neutered, it gave me a special look, which really scared me at that time. That look seemed to be full of resentment. Usually, when I’m reading a book, it always stays by my side obediently, accompanying me. From time to time, it stares at me with its round eyes, as if it’s immersing itself in the ocean of knowledge with me. As soon as there is food, it definitely won’t say a word. It never misses a meal and comes whenever it’s called. Its eager appearance makes people laugh.
I once strictly prohibited it from entering the bathroom. But it always found various ways to challenge my authority. First, it stood at the door and looked, with an expression as if saying, “I’m just looking. I won’t come in.” Then, it started rolling at the door, whining as if acting coquettishly, “I’m just rolling. I won’t come in.” Finally, it even turned over, looking pitiful. I really couldn’t resist and could only say helplessly, “Okay, come in.”
Occasionally, it shows its high – value side, and the photos taken are very beautiful. But most of the time, its funny behaviors can’t be stopped. As soon as it sees food, it goes crazy. Its eager appearance is really amusing. When it was a kitten, it had a smiling face when it slept, which was extremely cute.
Later, one day I found that a small thing (it seemed to be a cockroach or something. Anyway, anything that passes in front of it can hardly escape its pursuit) got into a place where it couldn’t reach. Unexpectedly, it actually guarded there for two full hours. Its focus and perseverance are really admirable. When I get home every day, it always shows a state of asking to be petted. Its cute appearance seems to be saying, “Master, hug me quickly and pet me.” Sometimes its behaviors are really funny. For example, when it’s eating, the food almost gets on its face. Once, it even got the food on its forehead. Its appearance was really comical. At that time, I thought I must take this picture and show it to everyone. Later, I really uploaded a small video of it kneading.
A few days ago, when I scolded it, it actually squatted in the litter box and pretended to be innocent. Its appearance was really annoying and funny at the same time. Every day it’s in our home is filled with various interesting stories and heartwarming moments. It has long become an indispensable member of our family, bringing us endless joy and companionship. As time goes by, I believe it will bring us more unexpected surprises and touches, and I will also carefully record these beautiful moments and share them with everyone.
