In my colleague’s home, many interesting and heart – warming stories have taken place, and the protagonist of these stories is the smart and cute cat, Dudu.
It was a cold winter day, and the room was still not heated, with a bit of chill in the air. One day, after my colleague went to the bathroom and returned to her bed, when she turned on the light, she saw a hilarious scene. Dudu and the family dog were both on the quilt. Presumably, it was so cold that Dudu, with its cleverness, managed to get into the quilt by itself and even covered itself with the quilt properly. My colleague was both surprised and delighted when she saw this, and said with a smile, “Hehe, what a smart cat.” This act of Dudu fully demonstrated its intelligence and pursuit of a comfortable environment. In the face of the cold, instead of enduring it silently, it actively sought a way to keep warm. Such behavior really made people look at it with new eyes.
Dudu is not only outstanding in finding warmth but also an extremely clingy little guy with amazing language talents. It can actually call “auntie”. Every time a female guest comes to my colleague’s home, Dudu always comes up and calls “auntie” in a soft and sweet voice. That voice seems to have a natural magic that can instantly draw the distance closer to the guest and make the guest feel its enthusiasm and friendliness. Moreover, Dudu can also say “hello”. When my colleague comes home from work or when friends visit, Dudu always runs to the door first, wagging its tail and happily shouting “hello”, as if expressing welcome to everyone. Its “language skills” have made it the happy fruit at home. Whether it’s my colleague or the guests, they will be amused by it and burst into laughter.
There is also a very interesting story between Dudu and my colleague’s father. My colleague’s father is a kind – hearted old man, and he dotes on Dudu. Dudu seems to be able to feel this love and always likes to stay with the old man. Whenever the old man sits on the sofa watching TV or taking a rest, Dudu will jump onto the sofa and snuggle up beside the old man, quietly accompanying him. The old man looks at Dudu with full tenderness in his eyes, and Dudu will also rub its head against the old man’s hand from time to time, as if acting coquettishly to the old man. The picture of this one – person – one – cat is full of warmth and harmony, making people feel the strong family affection. My colleague jokes that Dudu is like a little genius, and it is a perfect match with the kind – hearted old father.
Dudu also has a special hobby, which is watching fish daily. There is a beautiful fish tank in the living room of my colleague’s home, with various colorful fish swimming in it. Since having this fish tank, Dudu has shown a strong interest in it. It often squats in front of the fish tank, staring intently at the fish swimming around, as if exploring a brand – new world. Sometimes, it will also stretch out its little paw and gently touch the fish tank, trying to interact with the fish. Looking at Dudu’s focused appearance, it seems that the whole world is left with only it and the fish in the fish tank. Its curiosity and love for the fish have also added a lot of vitality and fun to the home.
In addition, Dudu has a special fondness for all kinds of small cushions. Whether it’s the sofa cushions in the living room or the small rugs in the bedroom, as long as they are soft small cushions, Dudu likes to lie on them and roll around. It will curl up its body into a ball and comfortably nest on the cushion, enjoying its own leisurely time. Sometimes, it will keep scratching the cushion with its claws, as if giving itself a massage. Those small cushions have become an indispensable part of Dudu’s life and also its little world for enjoying life.

Every move of it is full of fun and surprises, making people deeply fall in love with this little guy.
