My Adorable and Naughty Cat: A Joyful Companion

My Adorable and Naughty Cat: A Joyful Companion

In my life, there is such a special little member – a three – month – old shaded folded – ear cat. Its arrival has made my days colorful, full of laughter and surprises.

At first, when it was less than three months old, its docile and innocent appearance was like a small warm stove, warming my heart. It particularly liked to play by itself and would start the “parkour mode” at home every day, jumping up and down full of energy. When it was sick, it wouldn’t resist taking medicine or getting an injection. Its reaction was always half a beat slow. Often, it would only let out a “meow” after the injection was finished. That look was really both distressing and funny.

It was also very clingy. Every time I stood there, it would use its little paws to scratch at my trouser legs, pleading pitifully for a hug. As soon as I sat down, it would try hard to climb onto my lap. Every morning, watching me do skin – care and makeup seemed to be its compulsory course. It would quietly squat beside me, staring at me curiously with its big round eyes and would occasionally stretch out its little paws, trying to touch my cosmetics.

In the evening, no matter how much fun it had downstairs, as soon as I went to bed and turned off the lights, it would eagerly try to climb onto the bed. But unfortunately, its legs were too short and its sharp claws had been clipped before, so it could only look at me longingly beside the bed, meowing pitifully and waiting for me to pick it up. Once I picked it up, it would lie obediently beside my shoulder and sleep quietly without making any noise. If it got hungry in the middle of the night, it would quietly get out of bed by itself, go to eat something, drink some water, go to the toilet, and then come back to bed to continue sleeping. It was very sensible.

However, as it grew up, its naughty nature gradually emerged. Now, at over three months old, it is extremely naughty, like a little devil. It jumps up and down at home all day long and never stops for a moment. It has been scolded a lot for this. Once, I put the express delivery I brought back on the bedroom floor and was about to unpack it. While I was busy with other things, this little guy went to play with the bag by himself and accidentally got tied up by the rope. I sat on the floor, watching it struggling and trying to save itself in a hurry. I couldn’t help laughing out loud. It was only after about a minute that I remembered to take out my phone to record this interesting moment.

Its naughtiness was also reflected in many other aspects. It had scratched two of my pairs of trousers. Most of the toys I bought for it had been disassembled into pieces. There were also full of its tooth marks on the computer charging cable. I don’t know if it regarded it as a chew toy or just thought it was fun. Although it was so naughty, whenever I saw it staring at me with those innocent big eyes, pleading pitifully, my heart would melt instantly, and all my anger and helplessness would disappear without a trace.

Looking back on the little bits and pieces of getting along with it in the past few months, there was laughter, helplessness, but more importantly, full of happiness. It was like a happy pill in my life, accompanying me when I was lonely and bringing me joy when I was tired. I often think that the wisest thing I did this year was to raise it. Although it is naughty, its cuteness and innocence have made me feel endless warmth and happiness. I believe that in the future days, it will continue to accompany me, and we will spend more wonderful times together and create more unforgettable memories.
