Qibao is a female cat born in July 2017. The store owner doesn’t remember her exact birthday, but anyway, she’s a Leo. I brought her home when she was over four months old. I used to be one of those people who only “cloud – raised” cats. Before I met Qibao, I never thought I’d really have my own cat. I went to the pet store just to feast my eyes on the kittens and have some fun watching them. But then I fell in love with Qibao at first sight and decided to take her home. There were two blue – and – white kittens from the same litter in the store. The other one kept away from me, while Qibao fell asleep in my hand. Of course, I felt she was the one for me, so I immediately decided to adopt her.
From then on, I’ve got a little shadow following me around. She’s extremely attached to me. On the day she came home, she already recognized her name. She always asks for hugs and strokes, and often falls asleep on my lap with her belly exposed.

She’s very well – behaved. She’s never made a fuss when I trimmed her nails or cleaned her ears. When she was a kitten, she had ear mites and a black chin. She was very obedient when I applied medicine to her every day. Qibao is a little lady. Her meow is even softer than that of a two – month – old kitten. She’s usually quiet and doesn’t cause any trouble. She doesn’t bite the wires or the sofa, and gets along well with the vases and plants at home. She’s just like the so – called “other people’s perfect cat”. Even when it comes to the “torture” of taking a bath, she can endure it. She never struggles or bites, so I, as the cat owner, can finish the [SSS – level task: bathing and blow – drying] without any injuries and save a lot of money on cat – bathing services.
As a British Shorthair blue – and – white cat, she’s always been good – looking, and she’s getting more and more beautiful as she grows up. She’s captured the hearts of many people who are obsessed with good looks. Also, since she doesn’t resist people getting close to her, almost everyone loves her, and she’s even cured many people of their fear of cats.
When I took her to the hospital for a check – up, because her cheeks had filled out well and she had a large body, she was once thought to be a male cat…
Her daily sleeping routine is to find a comfortable corner closest to me to sleep in. It’s the most important thing for her every day.
She has a big appetite. She eats half a bowl of cat food and some meat every day, and her weight has been soaring. It’s already quite difficult for me to hold her with one hand. Although her body is no longer as light as when she was a kitten, she’s still an affectionate little princess at heart. If I’m playing with my phone and ignoring her, she’ll come and bother me on her own initiative. She never misses the “good – morning meow” call every morning.
She’s very stubborn about sleeping in the same room as me. If I don’t open the door, she’ll meow softly. She doesn’t make any noise at night and usually wakes me up at 6 a.m. Since I got her, I’ve no longer had a problem with waking up in a bad mood.
It’s not my dream that wakes me up every day, but my cat.
She’s very smart. She knows she’s not allowed to go into the kitchen and the bathroom. When I’m cooking, she’ll just wait at the door. Even if the door is open, she’ll never cross the threshold, not to mention going onto the balcony or out of the front door.
