My Charming and Hilarious Life with the Adorable Blue Cat, Pikachu

A colleague gave me a blue cat. I like it so much. It’s really cute. I call it Pikachu.

When I first brought it into the house, it was very shy. As soon as I put it in the living room, it hid in the sofa. Then I used cat food and water to attract it, but I didn’t pay too much attention to it and didn’t move the sofa or anything. After a while, it came out by itself.

This is what it looks like when it’s six months old. The previous photos were lost because I changed my phone.

In the morning, it will meow at the door of my room and scratch the door with its claws, probably around six o’clock. But I don’t get up until seven. Now I’m used to it, so it’s okay. When I open the door, it will always rub its body against me by my feet, meowing all the time. After checking that the cat food and water are sufficient, I know it wants me to pet it. So I pet it for about a minute as it wishes. I have no choice but to get up and go to work. Then, when I wash my face, brush my teeth, get dressed, and change my shoes, it will lie by my feet and watch me, just like in the picture above. Hahaha, it’s really a bit clingy, but I like it so much.

Then I go out to work. It will sniff around at the door, very curious but afraid to go out. Maybe it’s vigilant about the strange environment. Before locking the door, I bend down and touch its head, indicating that it should be good at home and not jump around or run around. I remember why I don’t let it sleep in the room. It’s not that I don’t want to, but I only realized the bitterness after it slept in the room. It’s curious about everything, so my tea cup, earphones, charging cable, and curtains have all been damaged by it. I can accept these, but the most annoying thing is that it bites my ear, the flesh on the earlobe. It has bitten me twice, so I don’t dare to let it into the room when I sleep. When I’m lying on the bed, I let it into the room to play, but when I turn off the lights to sleep, I must let it out. Otherwise, I will be woken up in the middle of the night by its buzzing sound beside my ear. Although I know it’s it and I’m not afraid of these, I’m afraid it will bite my ear… If I don’t sleep well at night, I won’t be energetic at work during the day, so I have to let it sleep outside.

Another experience is that I found there is more and more fur at home. It’s obvious that there is a lot more fur on my small fan and on my clothes. So I bought a cat – fur – combing glove and lint – sticky sheets.

The biggest experience is that life is no longer so lonely, and the room is no longer so frighteningly quiet. It will make some noise from time to time to attract your attention and let you pet its head. Recently, it’s very interested in the jelly shell. It keeps pushing it around with its claws, just like playing ice hockey. Hahaha.

It’s very lazy. It always sleeps at the door of my room. I bought a cat bed and taught it several times, but it just won’t sleep in it. Since I couldn’t do anything about it, I just let it be. By the way, I have to clean the litter box for my little “master” every day. To be honest, it stinks terribly, but I find it quite interesting. Holding the small shovel is just like in the fairy tales I read when I was a child, digging for treasure. Hahaha, when I scoop up a lump… I’m happy, cough cough, and then dispose of it. Hahaha. I clean the litter box once every day when I come back from work. By the way, when I’m cleaning the litter box, it will also watch silently beside me. I even bring it to its nose and say, “This is yours.” It sniffs and then wipes its nose with its paw in disgust. Oh, it can wash its face by itself. It’s quite cute.

It lies in a reverse Ge You – like pose. Hahaha.
