This was when I first brought her back. I bought her from a pet market. (I originally wanted to buy a hamster, but the moment I saw her, I was really attracted. Without any cat – raising experience, I took her home.)
At that time, the store manager told me that she (Fantuan) was already three months old and had received two doses of vaccines. So I fed her according to the diet for a three – month – old cat. As a result, she had diarrhea almost every day. Later, when we went to the hospital, the doctor checked her teeth and told us that she was at most two months old (it was almost a month after we brought her back). When Fantuan first came, we weighed her, and she was less than 500 grams. But at that time, without any cat – raising experience, we didn’t realize that it was because she was younger than we thought.
Despite my improper feeding, Fantuan still managed to survive… It’s really not easy.
However, when she first came, she already knew how to use the litter box, and she was extremely clingy. She purred every day and followed you wherever you went.
She had cat ringworm all the time, and her ears were dirty. But now, everything has been gradually adjusted. When she grew a bit older, she started to be a bit rebellious, liking to pee and poop everywhere. So she was punished several times, beaten and locked in a cage for reflection for a while. (I believe that disobedient cats should be punished.) Later, she became very obedient.
The most touching thing is that Fantuan sleeps with us at night without making any noise. In the morning, she comes to wake me up. If I don’t wake up, she will continue to sleep with me.
She also likes to sleep during the day, with all kinds of strange postures. Now, her belly can be stroked casually.
She stays in some strange places. After she received two doses of vaccines, I gave her a bath for the first time. Amazingly, she didn’t resist much. She was really super obedient.
Fantuan is really smart. She can shake hands, sit down, stand up, and let me cut her nails. When I hold her on my lap and ask her to sit still for nail – cutting, she will sit obediently.
She likes to lie on me. She’s super cute. Hahaha.
