The Heartwarming and Hilarious Life of My Cats, Timor and Lanmei

On the first day, I noticed that it always squinted its eyes. On the second day, it started to lose its temper at home, hid and meowed. It must have been in great pain. So I quickly took it to the hospital. After the examination, a small hole was found on the eyeball. At first, the doctor prescribed eye drops. But after a week, the condition worsened. The whole eye was covered with a white film and became cloudy. When I took it to the doctor again, the doctor said it needed surgery.

Fluorescent staining showed that the eyeball was damaged.

Before the surgery, it was in the cage, very scared.

The eye was bandaged.

Helping me test the color of a new lipstick.

Waiting for mom to pick him up.

The first time to remove the stitches, the wound couldn’t be seen from the outside and could only be checked by opening it. The doctor helped me open it and found that it hadn’t fully healed, so it was sewn up again…

Fortunately, the result was good. Now it’s basically invisible that his eye was ever injured. Love you.

Before the surgery, the eye became foggy.

Removing the stitches.

Recovering at home.

Then Timor got a “wife”. A little female cat came to our home. Because of the lesson from the first time, we brought the little female cat home when she was almost three to four months old. The two little ones got along very well…

Waiting for snacks together.

Charming sleeping postures.

Both of them like to occupy the keyboard.

Warm winter days.

Kisses, kisses, kisses.

The two little treasures grew up together, loving each other. I was looking forward to the day when I would become a “grandma”. But until I came back after a six – month business trip, my mother told me a thunderbolt news. Timor couldn’t mate… He couldn’t find the right position. When the little female cat wasn’t in heat, he would ride on her every day. But as soon as the little female cat was in heat and meowed to find him, he would run away and hide… Forced to smile.

He just eats and sleeps stupidly every day, achieving nothing in important matters and making no contribution to the family at all!

He also learned to bully the little female cat. I thought it was going to be a sweet love story…

But I still love them so much…

I’m used to being woken up by his purring every day. In the morning, if the little female cat doesn’t see me, she will scratch the door. My mother told me that the two of them can recognize my footsteps. When I come back, they will crawl out of their little nests to greet me (most of the time, Timor is too lazy and just gives a look with his eyes… I’m touched). The cats have become an indispensable part of my life. Although Timor pees on the bed when he’s in heat and my mother still dislikes it, when the little female cat broke something, I thought she would scold, but instead, she stood at the kitchen door and told me to check the cats to see if their paws were scratched…

Usually, when there’s no one at home, I have no one to talk to when I get back. It’s them who give me the best company. Crying while hugging her chubby little belly, I feel that nothing is a big deal. The joy of raising cats can probably only be felt by those who have experienced it. They always bring you all kinds of little surprises, like the shiny little stars hanging on the silk thread.

My dearest Timor and Lanmei… Live a healthy life, okay…

Recently, the problem of Timor peeing on the bed has been solved. So happy.
