Qiqi: The Adorable Golden Retriever's Life in the Village

Qiqi: The Adorable Golden Retriever’s Life in the Village

There’s a cute dog named Liuliu upstairs, and mine is called Qiqi.

Qiqi is a Golden Retriever puppy who just turned three months old. Since my parents didn’t like having a dog around, I brought her to the village to raise.

I have to say that what I can’t stand the most is that she’s overly friendly to others. She seems to be closer to everyone than me.

When she first arrived home, I taught her to sit and shake hands. She learned these actions in just two or three tries, but she just wouldn’t cooperate properly. However, when she saw my second – elder brother’s two – year – old little niece, she immediately ran up to the girl, sat down, and offered her paw in a smooth sequence, without any hesitation.

When she first got home, she looked gloomy all day and loved to sleep. She often curled up and slept under the chair alone. Maybe she was really unhappy.

She also enjoys doing what all dogs love to do – biting slippers. Every time she gets a slipper in her mouth, she goes crazy, desperately shaking her head with the slipper in her teeth. Maybe dogs and slippers were enemies in their past lives.

She loves scratching herself and laughs like a 200 – pound fool. Hahaha. After getting used to the new environment, she became happier. Fortunately, she doesn’t really “destroy the house” too much. So far, she only bites slippers and the shoe cabinet. The most annoying thing is that she likes to poop, pee, and sleep in my grandma’s vegetable gardens. There are two gardens, one serves as her bathroom and the other as her rest area. It’s quite a hassle.

In the village, it’s extremely convenient to walk the dog. My sister and I often take her out. Speaking of this, if you want to get up early, get a dog. You’ll definitely have to get up before six o’clock every day to take her out, and you’ll end up walking over ten thousand steps a day. If she doesn’t want to walk anymore, she’ll bark at you and bite your trouser leg. My sister and I play hide – and – seek with her every time we take her out. I don’t know if she enjoys it, but we have a great time, hahaha. When she’s tired, she can fall asleep anywhere, and then we have to carry her home.

She’s a chubby little glutton. She gained four pounds in half a month after arriving home. Since she hasn’t finished all her vaccinations yet, she can’t take a bath, but she doesn’t smell much. When I first brought her back, her fur was all clumped together, but now it’s much smoother. When we go to the street, everyone loves to pet her.

Dear puppy, I hope you’ll be healthy and happy.

Finally, here’s a picture of someone else’s big German Shepherd! Such a well – behaved and handsome big dog.
