Why My Cow – Cat Pi Dan Stole My Heart Among Many Breeds

With so many world – renowned cat breeds out there, I’ve recently had the fortune to interact with some British Shorthair Blue Cats, tiger – striped tabby cats, my roommate’s cow – cat, and my colleagues’ Persian, Himalayan, and Ragdoll cats. However, after getting to know them all, it’s my roommate’s cow – cat that has truly won my heart. Even the owner of the British Shorthair Blue Cat couple, after seeing my cow – cat, often comes over to pet it. They even posted on Moments, saying, “Many times, appearance isn’t the most important thing; a good personality is.”

Why do I say this? Pi Dan’s personality is simply beyond reproach. He never meows incessantly and is extremely gentle. Every time I pet him, I can truly feel that he’s the cat of my dreams. He’s big and chubby, and it feels great to stroke him. He’s clingy yet has his own little world. (Yes, you can leave him outside the door, and he won’t make a fuss. But when you open the door, he’ll slip right into your house and stick to you!) Moreover, Pi Dan is quite good – looking. He has the handsomeness and charm that a Chinese rural cat should possess.

Look at those eyes and that face. Isn’t it perfect?!

Actually, I think my American Shorthair is also cute, but in terms of the nose, it really can’t compare to Pi Dan’s handsomeness.

Under such circumstances, my friend’s British Shorthair was boarded at my place for ten days. Its feces smelled incredibly bad, it would spray urine when it saw other cats, defecated and urinated everywhere, refused to be held, and was not affectionate towards people… Even if it’s a pure – breed cat, it can be quite disheartening to raise, right? And my friend’s American Longhair is the same. It has a super – high appearance value but never allows people to hold it or pet it for long. It’s extremely aloof!!!! Especially since I also have an American Shorthair myself. Although my cat is very well – behaved, I personally think Pi Dan’s appearance is on par with pure – breed cats! Look at that straight nose. How handsome it is!

In general, as long as a cat isn’t extremely ugly, its personality is usually more important. I’m not saying that all pure – breed cats have bad personalities and all rural cats have good ones. But from what I’ve seen, the difference between breeds isn’t really that significant. Whether its personality is to your liking and whether you two get along well are more crucial. Feed your cat well, and with a good coat color, quantity of fur, and body shape, it won’t be ugly. Over – obsessing about the breed will just lead to a lot of posts on the forum like “Help me evaluate the quality of my cat’s appearance.” So, are you going to raise a pure – breed cat or a little cutie who can accompany you?

Here are some more of Pi Dan’s daily photos.

And another little tabby with a very straight nose!!!
