The Adorable Duo: Pudding and Milk Tea

The Adorable Duo: Pudding and Milk Tea

I brought Pudding home when it was over five months old.

Its name is Pudding.

It’s a cross between an American Shorthair and a tabby cat. The tabby cat genes are a bit stronger, but its fur has the shiny and lustrous quality of an American Shorthair.

The original owner didn’t want it anymore. Before leaving it to become a stray cat, my boyfriend took it back.

It has an extremely good temper. You can pet it as you like, and it won’t scratch or bite.

【The above – mentioned good temper only applies when it’s not in heat】

Now that it’s an adult, during the heat period, it doesn’t meow as loudly as other cats, but its temper becomes very unpredictable.

Once, it showed its belly for me to touch. One second it was happy, and the next second it bit me. It didn’t draw blood, but my boyfriend almost strangled it. I managed to snatch it back.

【My boyfriend was bitten through the finger by a cat when he was a child and has always disliked cats. He only agreed to bring this one home because I like cats. He was really angry because of the severe bite.】

When it’s not in heat, it’s incredibly gentle. It’s super cooperative when it comes to having its nails trimmed, paw hair shaved, ears cleaned, and teeth brushed. It loves giving kisses, really loves it. It will kiss you all over your mouth, and it always makes me feel extremely itchy.

A little girl being so “affectionate” every day, that’s something!

When it first came to our home, it was only two pounds, a tiny ball. Now it’s almost eight pounds.

It’s really tough. It often falls into the litter box on its own. Sometimes I even suspect it’s a bit of a “goofball”, hahaha.

It never learns from its mistakes. It often likes to play with its poop. Yes, play with poop.

Before the New Year, a new member joined our family.

Milk Tea.

An over – eight – month – old male cat, adopted.

Actually, I wanted to find a boyfriend for Pudding when it was in heat, but then I was so attracted to Milk Tea’s looks that I couldn’t resist adopting him. Now we have two adorable cats at home.

Come, take a look at Milk Tea’s good looks.

Milk Tea is the offspring of a tabby cat and an orange cat. It inherited the long legs of its tabby – cat father and the good looks of its orange – cat mother.

It’s extremely gentle and clingy. I thought that at over eight months old, it would be hard to bond with a new owner, but on the first day we met, it started purring. When I held it in my arms, it even fell asleep on my arm.

Unfortunately, Milk Tea isn’t in heat yet, so we can’t have little kittens for now, hahaha.

Sometimes Pudding is mean to Milk Tea, but Milk Tea is such a sweet – heart. He never gets angry.

If you ask about their drawbacks, they eat a lot, and they shed a lot of hair!

As expected, the “big orange” (referring to the orange – cat – related traits like being a big eater) really matters!

Compared with over – eight – month – old Milk Tea, over – one – year – old Pudding looks much smaller.

We’re still considering whether to let them have kittens. When Milk Tea first came, it had ear mites and ringworm, so we separated them. Now it’s basically recovered. We’re planning to move to a bigger house in April and then consider letting them interact freely. Our current house isn’t suitable for them to have kittens.

I’m really happy to have Pudding. I brought it home in September, and it’s been almost six months. Although it can really make me angry sometimes, I’m really grateful that it never holds grudges and still likes me as much as before. Now that we have Milk Tea, life is even more enjoyable.

Two people and two cats, it’s super – happy!
