This is my first time raising a cat.
I found my cat downstairs of my home. When I picked it up, it was very dirty, with ringworm on its nose, behind its ears, on its hind legs, chin and other places. It had large – scale hair loss and was so thin that it was just skin and bones. But its eyes still showed a stubborn look. Hhh
This was how it looked when I first saw it.
I took it to the hospital for a check – up first. There were no serious problems, so I took it home. After bringing it home, it looked very weak, and its eyes lost their former vitality. In the first few mornings, I got up very early, fearing that the kitten might die. In the first week after it came, it slept almost every day and was very clingy. It would only sleep on me.
Because it was too small, I didn’t dare to give it a medicated bath. So I bought some medicine for its ringworm. But it was very uncooperative. It didn’t want to wear a collar and would try every way to rub it off. When I applied the medicine, it struggled violently and then tried to lick it. I didn’t have the time to watch it all the time.

I simply gave up applying the medicine. Then I bought natural cat food, vitamins, trace elements, lecithin and other miscellaneous things to eat, thinking of giving it a big boost. Maybe its resistance would improve when its body got better. I read online that cats with ringworm should get more sunlight, so I supervised it to sunbathe for half an hour every day. I also did a thorough cleaning of the house.
Ordinarily, I didn’t pay much attention to it. After a month, I found that the ringworm on its body had almost gone, and its fur had grown back. Moreover, I noticed that its fur started to become snow – white. Tabby cats really have strong constitutions, which saved me a lot of worry.
After the ringworm was cured, I allowed it to sleep on the bed. It loves to burrow under the covers and sleep hugging my feet. It’s a great foot – warmer in winter. Hahaha!
Whether I’m using the toilet, cooking, taking a bath, or sleeping, the cat always stares at me.
Since I started raising a cat, I feel much happier every day, and my relationship with my family has also improved because of the cat. Whether it just happened to meet me or I was fortunate enough that it allowed me to enter its world, I’m very happy. Of course, when the kitten is naughty, it can make me so angry that I want to throw it out every now and then. Hahaha
