My best friend and I are both shit scoopers. She has British shorthairs and American shorthairs, and I picked up a stray tabby cat in the community. Usually we exchange our experiences of raising cats. If we don’t communicate, we don’t know. Once we communicate and compare, the tabby cat is so powerful!

First of all, it is very worry-free to feed. The two cats in my best friend’s house are all picky eaters. I don’t like to eat cat food that costs dozens of pounds, so I just wait to feed them with cat strips and canned food. But my tabby cat eats whatever cat food I buy. When I cook, I feed it directly with the raw meat scraps that I don’t eat. (Cats are carnivorous animals, so there is no problem eating raw meat)

A few days ago, our community was troubled by mice for some reason, and many neighbors’ homes had several of them sneak into their homes. My house was not spared, and several bags of biscuits and snacks were bitten.

At that time, I was still thinking about whether to buy some mousetraps or mouse stickers. As a result, I accidentally locked Mimi in the living room one night. Early the next morning, I found Mimi holding a dead mouse and playing on the floor of the living room!!! It can be seen that the tabby cat is a good mouse catcher!

Can you imagine it? I woke up sleepily the next day and thought it was playing with some toys. As a result, when I got closer, it was a dead mouse. In addition to palpitations and fear, I also sighed at the strength of the tabby cat. It caught a mouse after just one night of release, and immediately called my husband to throw the mouse out.

On the way to work, I met a neighbor with whom I had a good relationship, and shared this matter with her. As a result, the neighbor said that there was also a mouse in her house last night. Her husband tried to catch it for a long time, but the mouse still ran away. She wanted my Mimi to go to her house to look for it. I immediately agreed and took Mimi there after I got off work in the afternoon.

Then that afternoon, after work, I took Mimi to the neighbor’s house and let Mimi play by herself. Mimi would not be afraid at all. The two of us were eating melon seeds and chatting in the living room. As a result, within ten minutes, we saw Mimi appear in our field of vision with a dead mouse in her mouth. The look in her eyes seemed to say “Done!”

To be honest, when I first took Mimi to the neighbor’s house, I just went there with the mentality of giving it a try. As a result, I didn’t expect Mimi’s ability to catch mice was so strong, worthy of being a Chinese rural tabby cat!! After this incident, the neighbor bought a bag of Lan’s cat food for Mimi, saying that he bought it when watching Jiaqi’s live broadcast. I later checked online and found that Lan’s cat food is really good, and my Mimi likes it very much.
