Ragdoll cat Bucciarati is very beautiful and clingy.
This is a picture-sharing answer. My cat was not picked up in China because I don’t live in China for a long time, so some of the information about breeders or cat food in it may not be applicable.
I ordered Bubu from a cattery in California and waited for five months. The father is a sea-splitting cat and the mother is a key cat. I went to the breeder’s house to see it several times and confirmed that it was not caged and not given bad cat food. The fur color of the father and mother was very good and healthy. I also pretended to check their teeth (I actually can’t check at all). I felt that there was no problem. Then the father and mother had certificates, and I paid the deposit and left with satisfaction.
Then it was a long wait. One month before Bubu came home, I brought Qiuqiu back from the adoption agency. Qiuqiu is a cute little tabby cat. I wanted two cats.
This was the first day Bubu came home. There was no fierce fight. But they were not harmonious. Qiuqiu’s performance was very good in my opinion. I allowed Bubu to eat his own food and allowed him to walk around. But I felt that Qiuqiu was very anxious. But Bubu was like the natives, and would hit Qiuqiu if she got close to him. But Bubu couldn’t beat Qiuqiu at all, which was normal. Male cats couldn’t beat female cats, Ragdolls couldn’t beat Lihua, and kittens couldn’t beat cats that were one and a half months older than themselves. But he was very fierce. Qiuqiu was no longer fierce after the anxiety period after one day, but Bubu was still very domineering.

I thought to myself, how can this be! The next day, Qiuqiu wanted to play with this big fur ball, or to play with this big fur ball. But Bubu wouldn’t let her get close, and was very fierce. I held Bubu down and played with her. . So I think this shows that one of the shortcomings of Ragdoll is that it is very domineering and fierce to cats, and it feels like a selfish child. Qiuqiu’s humble spirit was fully reflected, so I gave her a lot of dried meat and cat strips.
About the third or fourth day, Bubu realized that he had to recognize Qiuqiu as the boss. The two of them can play together.
But the way to play is as shown in the picture above, and they often fight in a whirlwind. Many times, Bubu would take the initiative to play with Qiuqiu’s tail, and then Qiuqiu would hug him and chew on it. He didn’t want to be crushed unilaterally, so he started to scream. I was also speechless at the time. I
called him a cat-shaped rabbit because of his second shortcoming: he was a little stupid. The contrast with Qiuqiu was too obvious. The kitchen countertop was a restricted area where they were not allowed to go up, and then Qiuqiu would jump up when no one was around, and Bubu would jump with him. Then I came out of the bedroom and scolded them, and Qiuqiu would jump away nimbly, while Bubu was at a loss and didn’t know what to do. He stayed on the countertop stupidly and was beaten by me.
The third shortcoming should be that his motor nerves were not well developed. If he played with Qiuqiu with a cat teaser, he could only watch from the side because he couldn’t keep up with Qiuqiu’s rhythm at all. And he didn’t know how to let go of the cat teaser after he caught it. The fun of the cat teaser is that you have to let go of your mouth and claws to let it bounce and move!
The advantage is that it is very beautiful, very sticky, and keeps following people, so I called him Bugou later. Another advantage that surprised me is that he is very healthy and can eat a lot! He doesn’t have any glass stomach problems! He eats whatever you give him, mixing cat food with various brands of canned food, changing to dry food brands, and he doesn’t need any transition period, and he doesn’t have diarrhea. I’m happy! And he’s a little sweetie who purrs when you touch him~
They have a very good relationship now!
Bubu also likes to watch me play Dark Souls and watch Japanese dramas. Qiuqiu likes Stardew Valley and Ultraman, and Qiuqiu also likes Cai Xukun.
Bubu is called Ragdoll Bucciarati!
