Since I got home in July, only the first poop was normal, and then it gradually became soft and thin, with some blood, but my appetite and spirit were good. We are all novice owners. At first, we thought that we were overfeeded (in fact, we fed more than 20 grams at a meal, which was really not much), but later it didn’t get better. On the evening of the 23rd, we suddenly had diarrhea, and on the 24th, we went to the hospital without daring to feed food. The doctor said from experience that it was probably tiny, but it was a sigh of relief when it was measured later.
Then I prescribed anti-inflammatory drugs and montmorillonite powder in the hospital (every feeding is a fierce battle). Let’s take it home for observation. When we go back, we will only feed the dog food that is completely soaked, and we can’t drink water. In July, I lost weight obviously, and my face became sharp. I didn’t look dull before, and I was sleeping all the time. After taking the medicine, the stool gradually returned to normal, but there were still occasional drops of blood.
After taking the medicine for almost ten days, there was still some soft stool after stopping the medicine, so we decided to change the food for it. I have been fed Bernard’s whole fish seaweed before, but later I gradually changed my crown energy and fed probiotics, and my stool really returned to normal! From the second day of changing food, there was no more blood dripping out. I was really going to cry! I’ve been worried for more than half a month, and I’m afraid that its illness will suddenly become serious. I pat its poop every day so that I can ask the doctor at any time. Now I don’t know whether it’s because of changing food or probiotics. Anyway, it’s finally normal to defecate, and it can be regarded as officially getting rid of the crown!
