I asked a lot of veterinarians and dog owners, and they all said not to supplement calcium indiscriminately. Excessive calcium is bad for dog joints. The common weakness of large dogs is the hip joint. So follow the doctor’s advice and don’t make it up by yourself. Our potatoes didn’t feed him calcium tablets, but shark chondroitin was fed in half, something to protect joints ~
2. Dog food: We don’t give him any food except dog food and dog snacks. Therefore, he is not picky about food now, he will not watch us eat, and he will not be attracted by the food on the street or pedestrians when he goes out. When I first took it home two months ago, I ate Madeleine’s cereal-free milk cake, which he also loved. Soft milk cake is actually very suitable for puppies. At the end of three months, the milk cake was finished, and it was time to change food for three months at the suggestion of the veterinarian. At the beginning of the food change, he longed for a mixture of cereal-free puppy food and milk cake at 2:8, so that he would not eat it or be unaccustomed to his stomach when changing food for three months. Now I only want to eat, and at the suggestion of Zhang Xu veterinarian, I will mix it with cooked and mashed wax gourd every meal to induce diuresis and clear fire ~
3. Nutrition cream: At first, I bought a red dog nutrition cream at the suggestion of a pet store and ate it for two days. Later, the veterinarian advised not to eat nutritional cream unless the dog is sick and weak. Because of the high content of vitamin A in the nutritional cream, I bought it myself. It is relatively difficult for dogs to excrete vitamin A, and it is easy to be poisoned by vitamin A after taking it in large quantities for a long time.
4. Skin: You must pay attention to raising golden hair, and dry it in time when it is wet, otherwise it will be easy to get skin diseases. Just pee on the urine pad and collect it. If you pee on the ground, you must mop it up in time and dry his paws. When drinking water, too. Dry what you drink. Now I have given him lecithin and seaweed powder to eat after six months ~
5. Immunization: The vaccine must be! ! It is recommended to take it to the hospital for antibody examination when you buy it from a pet store or kennel. After all, I don’t know if I have been cheated and the vaccine has failed. When the potato was bought, the pet store said that it had three injections. Two weeks later, we took him to check the antibody, which was very high. Two weeks after catching a cold, I took him to fight rabies and got a vaccine certificate approved by the government (necessary for a dog certificate) ~
6. Insect repellent: Insect repellent regularly! ! Once a month in puppies, once in spring, summer, January and February in vitro, and once in March in autumn and winter.
