We went on a long-distance self-driving tour with friends and dogs (my own golden retriever and my friend’s Labrador). We drove all the way from Shanghai to the Inner Mongolia prairie, letting the puppies roll and run on the wide grass. If you ask me what I am proud of in my life, this is definitely one of them (hahahaha, I speak so proudly, but who would tell you that I spent the entire 2,000-kilometer journey eating, drinking, playing, sleeping, snoring, and petting the dog, and driving was the job of two old fathers.) Come on, let’s look at the pictures first, then chat.
The first to appear was Miss Liu’s 2nd birthday party. Her doting father started a week-long long-distance trip after the birthday party.
We went to the prairie because Liu Doubao’s father was from Inner Mongolia, and the old father insisted on taking his daughter back to his hometown to have a look (feel the fatherly love that was like a mudslide, don’t be jealous, I can’t get it either, haha)

Is it beautiful? But who would tell you that Liu Doubao eats horse manure secretly and rolls on it.
Is it worth it? I think in our limited lives, loving each other wholeheartedly is the best.
Watch the sunrise together, I am responsible for taking pictures. Who calls my husband a female goose slave, haha. Kiss the dog’s head while watching. Liu Doubao is as romantic as the heroine of a Korean drama, couple clothes, tut tut tut, I pah!

Singing and chatting with good friends along the way, staring out the window in a daze during the long drive. The puppies snuggled together and slept. I think this is happiness. I am very glad that I realized it at that moment and cherished it.
The endless grassland, the cattle and sheep running freely, the vast world, I can take my little Liu Doubao to see and feel it. She must be happy. Really.
Of course, the originally exquisite juju girl has been playing to collapse throughout the journey. On the way back, both families looked like garbage collectors. Dads get tanned, moms get fat, and puppies emmmm have bad breath, smelly feet, and stinky fur.

2019 April update
During the entire Chinese New Year, little Liu Doubao experienced inexplicable depression, infection after being bitten on her face, coughing, and eczema. A series of problems, seeing a doctor almost once a month. Finally, spring has come. The spring in Shanghai is really suitable for picnics. Take the dog to the grass to bask in the sun and watch her eat flower petals. My heart melts.

December 28 update
Today Shanghai’s temperature dropped, and the old mother felt that she had treated Liu Doubao badly, so she braved the cold and prepared to take her to a nearby park to play. Who knew that Miss Liu would pick up something on the ground and eat it less than 200 meters away from home, and was caught on the spot! Bring it back immediately! Everything else can be tolerated! There is zero tolerance for picking up things to eat!!! At this moment, she is serving a sentence in prison!

Update on December 23rd
I went on a long trip with Mr. Liu and left Liu Doubao in a pet hotel. I almost cried on the way back from sending her to the hotel. I imagined how lonely and weak she was in the hotel, curled up in her own little house, and only dared to play with her little gray donkey. Waiting for her mother to pick her up, she was depressed all day. I secretly swore that I would never go out again. The old mother was heartbroken. After returning home, the hotel staff sent a video. . . . . . .
This kid is just like me, a wolf with white eyes. Hum! Goodbye! The old mother is going out to play! You can go clubbing in the hotel by yourself! (The hotel staff said that she and the fostered little Huang next door instantly became little girlfriends, and often knocked off the windows of their cabins with dog paws and chatted with each other)
