I am the third owner of my Samoyed Dudu.
The first owner was a fruit shop owner. His children liked dogs, so he brought a beautiful Samoyed home. After two weeks, he left the dog alone after the excitement period. So the dog was tied to the door of the shop all day.
Later, the shop owner felt that Samoyeds could not guard the door, and some people who were afraid of dogs did not dare to come in, which affected his business, so he sold it to a dog dealer.
Samoyeds are dogs that like sports. They were tied up all day, so they were in a bad mood. So they fell into the bad habit of fighting and could not change it. At that time, they were poorly educated, urinated and defecated randomly, barked randomly, bit things randomly, did not recognize the owner, etc. It seems that they did not even have a name. But
at that time, it ate a lot of leftover fruits, so now its favorite food is apples and watermelons.
The second owner is a girl. When she saw it, she liked it very much. She bought it from the dog dealer and named it Dudu.
In fact, at this time, Dudu already knew that he had been changed and was no longer tied up, so his whole personality became lively. He was very clingy at home and had a lot of fun outside.
But after buying it, the girl found that she couldn’t keep such a big dog (she later kept a poodle), and Dudu had a lot of bad habits at that time. The girl was in a state of collapse every day when she came home (everything she could think of at home was bitten to pieces, and he urinated and defecated as he pleased).

So she transferred it to me.
In fact, before I decided to keep Dudu, I was also very worried that I couldn’t take good care of it, and I was afraid that it would make a mess at home.
But when I saw it for the first time, I decided to let it be well educated even if it was more difficult, because Samoyed was so lovable. That sweet angel smile, pure white long hair, lively and cute personality, will make you feel that you can give it a lot of tolerance.
I spent a few days doing preparation homework, consulted a professional dog training coach, and even took a week off, because the first week of training and running-in for the dog after entering the new home is easier than other times.
After I brought it back, it knew that it had changed its owner again, so it started to smell and look everywhere in the new home. When it found that it couldn’t find the previous owner, it found a place to hide, and its eyes were always very sad.
Then I followed the homework I had done and let it recognize the owner first, which was actually feeding it, so that it knew that it would depend on me for eating in the future. This training requires some skills. You can set an alarm clock and feed it at a certain time, so that it will form a conditioned reflex to eat only when it hears the alarm clock.
Then take it out to urinate and defecate. The number of times will be more frequent at the beginning, and then gradually decrease. Let it urinate and defecate outside more and more.
Of course, if it defecates at home, it will be beaten. Beating requires skills, and you can’t chase it and beat it. First of all, it must be right after it has done something bad, otherwise it will not know why it was punished after a while. Secondly, it must sit down and be able to look at the crime scene. Third, you must stare at its eyes.
Then point to the crime scene for it to see, and then scold it fiercely. After scolding, slap it in the face. It will be scared a few times. Then punish it to sit and not move. If it walks, catch it back and keep your eyes on it. After punishing it to sit for a few minutes, you can give it an order to let it go.
Warm Tips: In fact, it is best to guide the dog to train. Beating is not good for the dog’s character, but guidance is a high-end skill. If you want to be efficient, you should beat it.
After about a week’s vacation, my dog can basically do the following: not to urinate or defecate at home, consciously not to bite things, can be called back, sit down and shake hands. It is more comfortable to raise.
It also knows that I am the third owner, so it also cherishes the time with me. It cooperates more than expected during training. Maybe it is also afraid that I don’t want it.
Then I spent a month training it to follow me. I used the shortest dog leash and stainless steel P chain. It would stand still when I pulled the leash. At the same time, I pulled it back, and slowly it would follow my pace. Now it walks close to my legs, and it will not leave my side without a leash. I stop and it stops.
Once I was bored and trained it to refuse food, which led to it only eating what I fed it. One year during the Spring Festival, I went back to my hometown for a week and put it in a pet store for foster care. As a result, it didn’t eat for a week… I
also trained it to pick up balls, frisbees, and wait in place.
Although I still dislike it in the summer and drool all the time, it is warm to hug it in the winter.
Combing its hair more often during the molting period will prevent it from falling all over the house with hair balls, and combing its hair can make its hair more beautiful.
When Dudu saw the sea for the first time, he was actually afraid and ran away as soon as a wave hit him. He also pulled the rope to the shore.
Later, I took him swimming a few times, and he liked the sea water very much.
When I raised him, I would pay attention to training his manners. I took him to competitions several times and won the single breed award.
As mentioned above, Dudu likes to fight and especially hates small dogs. I have always had a headache because I really don’t know how to teach him this.
Once a Pomeranian ran in front of it and barked at it, and Dudu bit it and picked it up, then threw it aside. It fell down and fainted for a few minutes, which scared the owner and thought it was bitten to death. Later, I went to the hospital for a check-up and found that there was no big problem.
Once, it fought with a German Shepherd and bit the German Shepherd’s mouth, but it was also bitten in the corner of its eye.
But Dudu especially likes to play with Huskies and Schnauzers. He definitely won’t fight with these three kinds of dogs.
The one below was bitten in the corner of his eye by a German Shepherd, so he had to shave his hair and get stitches.
Because I have to go to work during the day, I found that he became a little lonely when he was alone at home, so I found a Shetland Sheepdog to live with him.
Because Dudu has won awards, many female dogs have come to him for breeding, and he has many children. The one below is one of his sons.
My dad usually takes him out for a walk, and he also thinks that he can walk and exercise. Over the years, his body has become much healthier, and some old diseases have occurred less frequently.
Now Dudu is old, sometimes he can’t wake up, and he will wake up drowsily after shaking him a few times. Many times I worry that he will not wake up. He also often talks in his sleep, and his four legs move around like running, as if he is dreaming about playing.
