I am lazy, but I need company. I am obsessed with appearance. I don’t have money or time.
It’s that simple.
Because I am lazy, I need to clean the house from time to time, or I am too noisy, or I need to take a series of pets out to play regularly, such as rabbits, birds, and most dogs are excluded.
Because I like fluffy pets that I can hold in my arms. So reptiles, cold-blooded animals, small-sized pearl bears and the like are excluded.
In addition, I am obsessed with appearance. I am tacky and my vision is very secular. Basically, I think things that the public thinks are cute are cute, and I think things that the public thinks are beautiful are beautiful.
Finally, I don’t have money to keep those expensive pets that need to be taken care of to look good, such as some super beautiful small dogs that need to be styled regularly.
Although I don’t have time, I have a lot of things to do. If a pet doesn’t look good without care, I don’t want to keep it.

In summary, cats are really the best choice.
My dog is orange. When I lie down at home, he will come over and lie down against me.
Eat when hungry, drink water when thirsty, use the litter box when you want to defecate, and come and rub against me when you want to cling to people.
As long as he is not sleeping, he will come and rub against me when I call him.
Perfectly adapted to the daily life of a lazy person.
Gouju is a local cat. I got it without spending any money. The later expenses are just physical examination, sterilization, deworming, cat food, cat litter, toys, combs and so on.
There is no such thing as going out for a bath, blowing hair, and styling. Bathing two or three times a year is the limit for us.
Anyway, they lick their hair every day at home, so they are clean and tidy, and there is no need to worry about it at all. It is almost 0 cost to maintain the appearance.
And it is not only my cat, but also the local cat I picked up from my friend’s house. They are also fat and cute. There are really few cats that are particularly ugly.
Of course, this is a personal aesthetic, because I think tortoise shells are also very cute, but some people can’t accept it, which is normal.
Let’s talk about daily maintenance. It is rare to hear that kittens need 24-hour company from their owners.
I admit that Gouju is indeed a very clingy cat, but this does not mean that he has nothing to do.
Every day he has to do parkour, fight, pamper every place in the house where he can sleep, eat, drink water, explore every corner, and take time to come and act like a spoiled child. He is really busy.
In summary, raising a cat is like having a roommate with whom you have a good relationship. He cannot take care of himself in a mild way and needs to be fed and cleaned. But he is very sweet, good-looking, and has a lot of emotional value.
You just need to choose a roommate with a better personality when renting a house, and you will probably get along happily for the next ten years.
Of course, this only represents my own opinion and the opinions of some cat lovers.
Some people like the enthusiasm of dogs, the touch of climbing pets, and the cuteness of small animals nestling in their hands. These are all personal choices. Just don’t step on each other.
I just think that in the fast-developing world, every adult is busy making a living, and raising a cat can really be said to be a more convenient and labor-saving choice.
